mix up with booking when we arrived, so the first night of our 4 night booking was in another apartment and then we had to check out at 10am and check back in at 3pm! Not ideal

Kitchen is poorly equipped. Ensuite bathroom was filthy on arrival. Unsatisfactory response from management on reporting the problem. Not the standard or response expected for $800 a night!

Nothing really. Couches a bit dated but they were very comfortable so didn’t matter. we were on lower level so can be noisy from street. Upper levels would be amazing though.

The location was superb. Two minutes to shops and restaurants and Lake across the road. The room was very spacious and comfortable and having two baths rooms was great.

Could have done with aircon as it was very hot during our stay. Our tea and coffee was not filled when we arrived or during out 5 day stay. Also no towels replaced. I understand its a non serviced apartment but a fresh towel would have been nice. Toilet kept running after being flushed (all night) which was annoying, did tell the manager on our last day so hopefully this will be fixed. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and good view of the lake. The unit had large opening glass doors at the front and screens on the windows so we could leave them open. Was very hot weather. Unit was well stocked with kitchen facilities, beds were comfortable.

It was stated that there was a balcony but you couldn’t really call it one. We had envisaged being able to sit outside in the evening with a glass of wine over looking the lake but in-fact, as we were located on the 1st floor we opened the doors directly over the garage entrance and passers by could see right inside. This didn’t spoil our stay though , as there is so much to do in Queenstown, that we were only in the apartment to sleep. So all good 👍 It is not serviced , so we had the same towels for 5 days 🥹 our stay was so action packed that there was no time for laundry 🧺 just to make you aware.

Was expecting 2 bathrooms as I had thought that I searched for 2 bathrooms.Would like Booking.com to advise me if I searched for 2 bathrooms, or wasnt a room available with 2 bathrooms at the time I booked.

I can hardly think of a better view than the wide double glass door view onto the lake. Opening those doors up and enjoying a quick coffee in the morning before going out to raft, helicopter or enjoy the food downtown meant that every morning was picture perfect.

The room with the two single beds is very tight. The toilet cistern in the shower room continually drips noisily into the bowl. Some minor tidying up of the decor needs attention, such as wallpaper starting to peel in the hallway, marks in the front door paintwork & door shut plates being loose preventing easy door closure & opening. Sofas could do with some cushions.

Location & views. Tidy modern apartment with parking included. Nice shower with good white fluffy towels. A good Tv channel package including Sky sports. Had an issue with charging for use of a debit card, but was resolved in my favour relatively quickly & easily. Thank you.
