Comfy, warm and clean room. It was great for the two of us. Handy to everything we needed. We'd stay again.

the surroundings are during weekdays loud and on the weekend like a city-desert

a very well equipped appartement with kitchen, bathroom, bed and sitting area on small space but well arranged. the washing mashine is perfect even for a short stay

The windows in our bedroom didn’t seem double glazed , so quite a draft but more annoyingly could here bin men or glass recycling about 5 am very noisy

This room would not drive me crazy - it was large enough with a nice view to The Terrace and the sun shone in during the day with blackout curtains if I wanted darkness. Windows opened for a fresh air and when shut, no street noise. Good kitchen too! Do-able for one person in a two week MIQ situation but perhaps not so good for two persons. But then, no hotel room is...

As it was extremely hot, i would have liked another fan in the bedroom. I wanted to shift the fan to the bedroom, but the cord wouldn't have reached the plug anyway. Some fresh ice cubes in the freezer would have been a nice touch. I love ice in my drinks but not the sad old, withered ice cubes i found in the freezer in Room 11A. I presumed when I booked that parking was included, but No, its an extra $25 & is SOLD Out anyway. (I could hv researched this better) The curtains were bulky and heavy and didn't quite close properly in the lounge.

Nice shower & very comfortable bed. The view to the Green Belt and Wellingtons older Thorndon area was lovely.

The layout of shower was a bit funny. It was small and triangle which was fine but from where the showerhead was the large pumps of body wash and shampoo were kind of in the way a bit. Not a big deal still a good shower in all and very clean

Good location. Could walk to where we wanted to visit and taxis weren't expensive from ferry terminal. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The apartment had a good layout making the most of a small space. It was a comfortable space to relax in between activities. Bed was very comfortable and shower pressure really good. Also there is a convenience store right next door and another just a minutes walk. The whole apartment was lovely and clean, the cleaners do an excellent job.

No air conditioning unit in the room. Was not aware there was parking which could’ve been pre-booked so had drive around for a while to find a street park.

Great location and all the facilities in the room including a washer/dryer.

For the price paid, should come with parking but had to pay extra for parking that was very tight, had to let passengers out before parking in spot then struggled to get out myself. Lifts and hallway didn’t smell nice. Bathroom fan didn’t work.

Very noisy room at rear of building close to freeway. Choice between stuffy room with window closed (no air conditioning) or open window & traffic noise ☹️ Kitchen supplies minimal, 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 mugs, 2 each of knives/forks/spoons etc. So was constantly washing dishes….

Convenient location few minutes walk to city centre. Friendly & helpful staff. Good wifi.

The building is quite old. I stay on the first floor with a window facing the motorway. It was too noisy to sleep the as there was no sound proof.

No big issue as you get what you pay for, but bathroom is a bit dated and some tiles were cracked and had a cheap resin put over the top to try fix them but it actually made them look worse.

We checked after 4pm when reception staff had left for the day, but we were sent good easy instructions for lockbox and keys. Great location, close to everything in town. Great price, full laundry facilities available also which was good. Good water pressure in showers, comfy bed and very clean room!!

Just a little noisy unfortunately - I think there was something noisy outside my window.
