Great location, in the historic centre of Cusco. The place is very stylish and cozy, with a magnificent patio. Daily cleaning of the room. Extremely good breakfast. I recommend!

Nothing wrong to report, maybe the fact that we had insects coming from the bathroom window.

All the stuff was excellent and super helpful even before our arrival. We booked a taxi and they helped us carry our staff up the stairs and also prepared for us a small breakfast to go in the morning where we had to be out by 4 am. The spot is very central and had a beautiful interior garden. Breakfast was great too.

A couple of the rooms had a pretty smell coming from somewhere in the bathroom. When asked to move to a different room, the staff was very accommodating. WIFI was sketchy in the individual rooms. Had to use the courtyard and lobby areas at times to have a good connection.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of the historic district. Everything was within walking distance. Many great restaurants. The staff was very helpful. They were very accommodating in storing our luggage for our overnight trip to Machu Picchu. The facilities are very homey and nice. The ladies making the breakfast were great!

There are alot of stairs to climb - especially when you are not used to the high altitude

The shower room is a bit rundown.

The breakfast is great, with freshly cooked Sunnyside up eggs. The front desk is accommodating and helpful to store our luggage while we did the Inca Trail hike (4D/3N). Coco tea was provided in the common area. And did I mention, the courtyard is pretty, especially having the breakfast there. Overall great stay.

Everyone was very nice and gentle and even gave me an additional shampoo for my hiking trip so really no complains

Great location, amazing breakfast in the morning, beautiful place and even has a heating for the night. Really recommend if you stay in Cuszco as it is located in the heart of it!

The stairs getting to the hotel are a bit steep to carry luggage

Clean, provide coca tea and water, staff was helpful. Good breakfast. Stored our luggages during our Inca Trail hiking.

Beautiful place to stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved their garden - you can have some tea there whenever you like. Delicious breakfast, great laundry service and super comfortable beds. We stayed twice, before and after doing Inca Trail, and we could leave our bags during the time we were gone. Rooms are cleaned daily and everything is kept in a perfect order. Location is also amazing - just a few minutes away from Plaza de Armas. Totally recommend!

Everything about this place was great. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfy. The courtyard was beautiful and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was so yum and had a very wide selection! We were able to store our bags here for a few days while we did the Inca trail too!

The bathroom was a little humid.

The staff was amazing. Extremely nice and very helpful. We twice arrived around 5-6 AM, and they found us a room to rest, even though the check-in was at 10 AM. The breakfast was great as well, a lot of options.

The entrance is off the street so meeting up with group tours needed extra coordination to meet up

The breakfast was available 530-930am and lots of food with fresh fruit salad throughout and pancakes, made to order eggs etc. very friendly staff and relaxed setting. Saw a Giant hummingbird out the bedroom window! Would totally stay again next time in Cusco!

There is no access by car to the hotel so to expect steps to climb (to consider with the big bags).

This place was just excellent! Wish we stayed for longer. Had the best courtyard in the city, which was perfect for reading a book with a morning coffee! Best vibes, great staff and also coolest part of the town! If you want to be close to all the quarky shops, bars and restaurants- this is the place! Would recommend!

My room was a little cold for my liking. There was a heater in the room, but after coming from the Selva, I was a little chilly! That said, the staff actually brought me a second heater and then everything was perfect :)

The staff here are really friendly and accommodating! The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options, and there's coca tea on tap all day for the altitude. My room was really clean, beds were comfy, and the location is great for exploring Cuzco.
