Only the "open" windows, like it is common in Latin America in most places, disturbed me a little bit.

The staff made us feel very welcome and safe during our stay. We must consider that for the price we paid (very little compared to other hotels Cuzco) we get more than what we paid for. The staff was always able to help me out with any request at all times.

I regret leaving

I stayed here for a month whilst working and sightseeing in Cusco. The room was really nice, very clean, with a comfy bed, and decent shower. All the staff there are so friendly, and very helpful. It seems very family oriented, and the pets there are also pretty cute, their dog is very sweet, and I would often hear the ginger cat chasing its toy ball outside my room. The breakfast was really nice, there’s plenty to choose from. Also I really enjoyed my conversations with Marco every morning, he was really knowledgeable about the local area, history, and how to get to certain places. Thank you so much Eduardo, Marco, and the rest of Killaquente staff/family, you were all so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I will definitely return. Thanks, Adam 😊

Absolutely everything was perfect with this property. Easy check in, huge room, super hot showers. The breakfast in the morning was great before a hike. Towels were provided. The hotel held our bags on our check out day. Lots of nice, well priced food options around and only a 20/25 minute walk from the bus station or a cheap Uber either. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

The bed is not very wide for 2. The tap dripped in the bathroom. The hostel was quite loud from early hours (before 6) with people talking loudly downstairs. You had to ring the bell every time you wanted to get back in. It would be good to have some lamps in the room.

Really nice hostel with hot shower, laid back vibe and breakfast (bit simple but fine). The hostel is walking distance to main tourist sites and restaurants and feels very safe. Also a very cute ginger cat!

The place is a bit noisy because acoustic is not the best. And some utilities are not brand new. But everything is ok when balanced to the good energy of staff.

When it rains it was lound.

Very friendly staff, family run business and no question was a problem. Free tea and coffee available all day and the room was quite with a tv that included sports to watch the football. Good location to cheap nice restaurants and only a 15 minute was to the central plaza.

Some people say the location is a problem but not for me. I really enjoy the short walking from the hostel to the plaza. The location provides a slow and quiet vibe which I like.

The staff are so nice to let to check in much earlier than I can. It’s important for a tired traveler after a red eye flight. The room is very comfortable and clean. Hot water shower is amazing.

Great value for money and the location was an easy walk to the centre of town. Wonderful to have hot water and a bathtub to soak in (although you can't stretch if you're tall :) ) The staff were friendly and breakfast in the morning was delicious. All round a great stay!

Very heavy blankets. No bath mat. No form of heating.

The manager and his team were super helpful and obliging, organizing taxis for our group of 10 people and ordering pizza. Clean sheets every day!
