The lady serving breakfast was very lovely, a definite highlight of the place, she deserves a raise whatever she earns :)

the location was a little far from the main plaza. You have to take a taxi as you can not walk to shopping/restaurants.

Gas ran out and had to take a cold shower for one night of the staying. But it was solved quickly on the day after. Location a bit far from the city highlights, on a residential area, but riding a cab to the center costs no more than 2 dollars, so it’s ok.

Great spacious room, all renovated. Breakfast is amazing. All you could ask for. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

It all was great

Wish i had found this all hotel sooner! I had stayed a couple more places in the center which I found very loud, it was hard to get good sleep. This hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bed sheets were the nicest Ive had in Peru. Due to its location, the place was Very quiet which helped a ton for getting a well needed good sleep ,

Maybe location? I didn't need to go to the centre cos I was there for work. So it wasn't any issues for me. It takes quite some time to the centre on foot, but by taxi it was no problem.

Everything was so nice, clean, and comfortable. I wanted to stay longer but unfortunately they didn't have rooms. It was the best hotel I've stayed in Peru. Breakfast was excellent. Quiet neighbourhood.

The Hotel is 10 minutes away by taxi from the Plaza de Armas, but it was not a problem at all.

The facility was clean and the employees were attentive and helpful.

The lady in the kitchen was the friendliest lesson we net. Her breakfasts were fabulous. The beds were so comfortable. Room made up every day. Shower was splendid.

Hot water was lacking; the receptionist had to be summoned to turn on the water heater. There is limited private parking. Restaurants and other services are several blocks away.

The breakfast was good and served in a buffet style. The room was clean and comfortable.

No elevator makes it hard with the altitude. Breakfast was good but always something missing however the lady was really friendly and trying to assist and bring everything. The location is in a quiet area but 10 min with a car from the city center so we had to take taxy or uber daily to go on town.

The room is great, clean and comfortable, equiped with Smart TV and a heater. The location is distant from the center but quite. 10 minutes in taxi or uber to the city center. The stuff is very nice and helpfull The breakfast is great. The WiFi signal is strong and fast

Not a fault of the hotel, but the tours wont pick up from the hotel as it isn’t in the historical district. but we also liked that it wasn’t super central as it meant that it was very quiet outside.

really big rooms, comfortable bed, very clean. we felt really at home there. They also had a really nice aesthetic. The breakfast was great. The woman working at the breakfast was very attentive, sweet and made sure we had what we needed.

It's 30 minutes walking from the historic centre, but lots of taxies are willing to being you.
