The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and packed a breakfast for us because we had to check out earlier. They also had to deal with an emergency situation at 5am when one of the guests was unwell. The staff was brilliant. Good value for money.

The staff was so friendly. Always felt welcome and the staff always asked how our day was. We appreciated that they gave us the option of a packed lunch on days that we would miss breakfast because of an early morning tour. The rooms were really nice. The cafe attached to the hotel has nice desserts.

United States of America1 review“I was very happy with my stay and it was a good value.”An elevator 😄 I was on the fourth floor, and there was a lot of up and down. I’m short, so getting in and out of the tub was a challenge, but manageable.
I was there for a week and the staff were always helpful. The hotel was quiet and the bed was so comfortable.

The location was great and near of center Plaza. The room was clear and comfortable. When we arrived, the staff helped us and giving us all information that we needed. They gave us a lunch pack that included water and sandwich when you had early tours.

Staff was welcoming and helpful and place was comfortable. It was also clean and value for money. They allowed us to store our luggage without charge before we went for our multi day trek.
