It was a really nice stay but drinks and food were quite expensive compared to local area. It would be nice if there was a water refill station rather than having to buy the bottles (though you can ask at the restaurant when it’s open and they will refill your water)

Buffet breakfast great but expensive - food generally really nice here but much more expensive than local restaurants. Rooms were large & comfortable, and the pools and private beach were fantastic. Beach towels super soft and you can change them throughout the day!

The faucet of the bathroom is a little bit hard to opened because it is too old.

The breakfast is so delicious. My personal highly recommends the soup with chicken and vegetable( no noodles) and the chocolate croissants. My husband's preference is French toast. (This is the reason why we came here again. 😂 )

Sheets were clean but pillows and mattress were partially heavily smelly. Time to exchange... Very bad, a taxi service was mentioned with additional charge. that's ok but then the taxi itself charged the drive to the city with a double charging again. Looks like a scam from some hotel staff members and taxi providers??? We asked another day for a taxi and there was no additional rate and also the rulide itself was on a rate as usual .. please work in such things as it will prevent me to come a third time, some tourists know the local fairs and you don't need to think they are stupid

Visited already 2019,still very nice. Food in restaurant in overall nice quality and variety. Pool water quality also good. Overall a nice place to relax few days before or after a long flight

The staffs are kinda moving slow. But we love our stay anyway.

We love the place itself - the room, the ambiance, the restaurant and its foods, the pool, the beach. We are very comfortable during our stay.

The magnificent natural capiz shell chandelier in the dining area could do with a thorough clean to restore its pearl lustre and wind blown jingle chime.

Not the largest or indeed the costliest of resorts along the Eastern “Mactan Strip” but more than compensates for its lack of stature with long serving attentive staff. In spite of taking the full force of a tropical storm in 2022, the resort has rebuilt and now has well tended gardens surrounding a selection of recreational and fun swimming pools. However, guys, don’t forget to look after balcony plants they take fair punishment from the sun and wind ! The private beach fronting the property is immaculately kept, and provides for great sport either paddleboarding or swimming in the shallow waters. The accommodation is perhaps a little dated for some people's taste but is maintained to a high standard. Clearly having taken a double hit firstly from covid and then from the storm significant credit needs to be given to the management and staff for the now ( March 2024) high standard presentation of this resort. A great place for both young families to enjoy attended, safe shallow swimming pools and for grandparents to chill out for a couple of days before setting off home from the conveniently located Mactan International Airport. If you have previously visited, perhaps pre-covid and were put off by greasy fumes being vented from the kitchens, try this hotel again, the problem has been overcome !

Odd restaurant and bar layouts. Nowhere to sit outside with a drink, or to eat outside. It felt rather corporate and old fashioned. Little sense of being by the sea. The beach and pool area were nice, but totally unused in the evening.

Food was terrible. The balcany was shared. The bench outside room doesnt work a small table and 2 chairs would be more comfortable. Cleaning could be better. No teabags only coffee.tv pontless as no channels working.

It was a bit of drive to get food outside your hotel. Could not get access to the warf or jetty in the hotel and staff where a bit over the top making you wear life jackets on the paddle boards in waist deep water.

breakfast was excellent, nice private beach. free push bikes where handy to go outside your hotel for massage or to the 7/11.We did a island hop through the hotel which was enjoyable. The hotel has nice holiday vibes.

The sea is very polluted it is greenish and always blurry. It is not possible to swim as it is very shallow both in low and high tides. The deep parts are sealed off and the staff does not let you go far. Jet skis keep entering the shallow swimming area at high speed, the hotel management needs to warn the diving centre staff. The beach is not managed/designed for people who are there to swim but rather for people who cannot swim and but rather take photos for social media.

The hotel is located in a very poor area. Nothing to do outside the hotel. Breakfast is too expensive and you could get a lower price for the same breakfast in a swedish hotel.

Kind staff, pretty good beach and two pools. You get free 30 min\day Kayak and 1 hour free bike. The hotel is very good for relaxing and if you only want to stay at the hotel.

The beach and the sea is not what we expected ...to mutch walls and the food was not good enough, for the price for example the picol express. the crab was delicios :)
