The value is phenomenal! Just be aware, this used to be award winning resort precovid. Since then half of its facilities is abandoned and isn't presenting itself too well, including the biggest beachside pool with apocalyptic vibe. However, you still get a wonderful experience with the remaining pools available, including 2 infinity pools or a more relaxed pool by the main gate. Be aware the resort is huge - you either must enjoy walking or be patient with the resort shuttles not to ruin your experience. The room itself was big, comfortable and clean. Last but not least - the staff is really amazing! They were happy to assist with whatever issue there were. The only issue with the place seems to be the lack of proper management.

Big resort although transport is accessible all the time but it’s just a waste of time going back and forth the lobby to have breakfast if your room is not on the main building . Rooms on other building is like you are in the middle of nowhere

The beds were not comfortable, the pillows were too soft when my baby lies his head on the pillow he almost drowns in them.

I liked how spacious it was and how the rooms are big. There was shuttle service inside the property available all the time and the staff were all accomodating and helpful.

I would have like to have been able to walk to the front gate via the golf course paths. My room was upgraded but had no balcony which I was looking forward to.

Breakfast was great - good range of food. Beach was nice - private and clean. All the pools were nice and well kept.

Having to wait for hotel buses to take you to main gate and lobby not allowed to use e trikes to drop off or pick up even though paying for them yourself sometimes Ed waited 45 minutes in the morning I g to go to main gate not enough buses Pool was under maintenance and Laguna cafe not open even though advertised as open

the only downside is that you need to ride the resort shuttle everywhere you go around, i think it would be nice if they have bike rentals and ebikes for the guest to avoid the long que and waiting for the shuttle.

At times felt like a prison, with limited access on and off site. Im a keen walker and was prevent a number of times from walking the grounds and trying to access local roads and places of interest

Breakfast was really simple, it’s not look like we are stay in 5 star hotel if we compare with another 5 star hotel. Too simple with not many choices. Hope the management can improve the breakfast standard. Some of hotel room look like really old feel like abandoned building.

It was a nice hotel, really good service from the staffs.. thank you for reception, porter and driver who assist us during our stay. Big thanks to housekeeping team for making honeymoon set up in the room. We really love it.

Far from the Boracay public beach and main center of activity like D-Mall and other areas...had to take e-trike to go to town center which cost extra...had a private beach but skipped it...

Awesome swimming pools in every area...property was beautiful and shuttle service was available at all times...staff were all wonderful...breakfast was wonderful...beautiful areas and villas in the property

The pool area at the main lobby felt cramped with not enough space for guests to lounge next to the pool.

Accommodation is modern and clean. Facilities advertised was available and pleasant. Different locations on the resort is easy accessible with shuttle services readily available. Food and drinks displayed on menu’s in stock and delicious despite the high volume of guests. Staff friendly and helpful. Golf course and support staff was amazing.

1. The location and design of the reception was quite questionable. It was quite inside the resort and design of the reception was pathetic. There were stairs going downside carrying luggage by the tourist and check in counter was quite inside! Check-in took a lot of time though we filled up the online checked in form. 2. The waiting time for the car at reception for the internal transport was very tiring! Sometimes there were a long que and we had to wait for 15-20 minutes. Most of the resort transports are disel driven and had to smell polluted air! 3. Restaurants for BF were having a que. They could instead increase some capacities to avoid the que in the morning. 4. The charges for the table tennis and pool

There weren't any vegetarian breakfast, however, the Jo (Laguna cafe) was very helpful co-ordinating with chef for preparing staff made a good VEG. BF for us! We loved the infinity pool and also enjoyed a lot in the Foam Party.
