Window don't close to the end. It was not cold, otherwise might be a problem.

Fourth time here. As always all is great. Bed is a little tight for two, but everything is fine. In the room you have kitchenette. It's very convenient.

How convenient the exit from / to the track depends only on the route of travel. The room's kitchen lacks simple frying pans and pots.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. If we need a hotel in this area, we will choose Energo again. Clean, comfortable, quiet area and nice staff.

Clean in the apartment shall be bit better, specially under heating element that is visable. The TV is limited to National TV channel. The bath car shall be equiped with a glass to take a shower.

Greit apartment. Fine location that soitable for Diemend Luque in Chorzow. It is close to greit restaurant, close to shop. Good and tasty breakfest, that worth to take. Parking lot was include prece and er fine. On the hotel is also place to sit outside in small garden. Air conditioning was also in the apartment, that is gret.

The wardrobe is a bit narrow. And I would like more plates for food.

We stay in these apartments for the second time during our travels from Lithuania to Italy. This is a good place to stay overnight. Spacious, good furniture and bathroom, kitchenette with microwave and electric kettle. Free parking. There is air conditioning, which is very valuable in the hot summer. Near the apartment (10 minutes drive) there is an Auchan supermarket.

Second time there. I like the fact that there is kitchenette in a room. Very good for late arriving or early departure. I definitely will use this place for a transit night.

1) No normal dining table (only a small coffee table); 2) No cooker (only microwave); 3) No shelves for cosmetics in the bathroom and shower cabin; 4) The Wi-Fi didn't work well.

Very spacious, stylish apartment with modern design. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a kitchenette. Close to supermarkets Auchan and Carrefour. Furniture and plumbing in good condition.

The cold floors and thin walls made for an uncomfortable experience, as I could hear every sound from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the blanket provided was surprisingly short. Location is better in the day

I was incredibly impressed with the reception at the hotel, especially with how smoothly the key pickup process went. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure I got my room key without any hassle. It's little details like this that truly enhance the overall experience. Absolutely loved the delightful breakfast at this hotel! Looking forward to more stays at such a well-organized and welcoming establishment!

The personel does not speak a word in English. The apartament wasn't clean - it's possible that the bathroom wasn't even cleaned because we found used toiletries, probably left by the previous travellers. The hand shower wasn't working. In the sinks the water wasn't draining well. The cover of the toilet was broken. The sheets were dirty and possibly weren't cleaned. A blanket was with dried, dirty spots. In the bedroom, in the covers was a single blanket, not for two people (as opposed to the bed). The bedding was dated. Considering this, we slept for 4 hours, using our own pillows and blankets and left this place in the middle of the night, as fast as possible. The floors were dirty and sticky. We washed the dishes before using them, because we weren't sure they were clean. Considering Covid, this was a disgusting experience, there was no effort at all. The only good thing was that the windows were open. The apartament had two TVs and neither of them was working. We have stayed here many times before and everything was well but we won't stay ever again.
