This a separate miniapartment inside a bigger one. As I had a very early flight, it was a challenge to wake up only myself, and not all other neighbours as well.

The location is very good and the room was very quiet. I enjoyed the complimentary tea.

It was expensive for the area and you definitely can get similar for a lower price esp for the size of the bathroom/kitchen (wouldn’t really call it an apartment, more, en-suit hotel room but the closet was converted into a kitchen), and not really knowing what room you will get so you need some luck there, but due to the convenience of location and being able to check in myself whenever I need I would still consider this place again if I come back to poznan and my train gets in at an unconventional check in time again as that was a requirement I needed to work around when looking for somewhere to stay and most receptions would be closed. Overall I do still recommend this place though.

Great location only 10 mins walk from the station, about 25 mins walk from the “tourist” area and a convenience store just 2 mins walk away. There is a police station just a street away so it felt like a safe area to be in as a foreigner too. It was easy to find the apartment and use the keycodes. The room has radiators and the windows fully open so the room was always a comfortable temperature. The fridge /freezer has plenty of space. They provided towels, body wash, a sponge and all cooking utensils I needed (pots, pans, forks etc)

The kitchenette and bathroom could be updated (all the facilities worked though).

It fits the description. It was quite basic, clean and quiet. Absolutely fine for a short stay. The check in and out were no hassle as the information how to get in was clear and easy. Good location in proximity to the main train/bus station.

The entrance hall and stairs were a bit of a surprise. Part finished building work .

The apartment itself was fairly basic but clean and comfortable and service with access codes was excellent

The apartment is not huge. And the street the place is on can be a little dodgy. I never had any issues but would not recommend it to a lone woman late at night.

Good value for money, well appointed apartment with small kitchenette. Everything you need if you want to stay for a week or two in town and not pay a fortune.

Room was a little bit to small pillar near the bed was in the way .no fan extractor in the room while cooking WiFi on the 3rd floor was a very weak signal

My room smelled with cigarettes for some reason, though I wasn’t smoking, very strong odeur of cigarettes was there on the first day. There is NO SOUND ISOLATION, the place is loud as hell, you can hear everything your neighbours are doing, don’t recommend if you wanna get some sleep.

The staircase and common areas outside of the apartment are dated and currently under renovation, a bit dusty. Workers started making loud noise at 8:30am.

Apartment is just next to the Christmas Fair and within walking distance from Poznan Główny. Access to the room was fast and hazzle-free, as well as the check out. Room was clean, spacious and had anything you would need for a short stay in the city.

Bad smell from bathroom intermittently... was tolerable as long as the bathroom door stayed shut. Couldn't work out how to get the lights to work in the stairwells so had to use a torch.

Great location, 10 minute walk to train and tram stops, shop nearby, felt like a safe area. Apartment was very clean, stove, kettle and fridge, enough crockery and cutlery.

The apartment would be better described as a studio. The twin beds pushed together in flat 9 with no headboard and one person next to the wall would have been a compromise too much had my brother in law travelled with me. The apartments suffer from a lack of signage both outside and in, the reception is not visible from the street and there is no sign on the external corridor door.

Kitchenette was well equipped. Hot water was plentiful. Shower room was snug but had everything. Corridor was quiet during my stay apart from people who find closing doors challenging. Bedding was clean and of good quality, as were the towels. The breakfast lady was pleasant and helpful despite my woeful Polish and her limited English.

Booked in emergency, 2 min before midnight and anyway staff was available even late at night, giving immediately assistance and all information needed. Apartment was clean and peaceful. Beds were comfortable fresh and clean.
