There were minor technical issues: problem with a shower and one socket not properly stuck into the wall.

The location is superb - in the middle of Kazimierz district on one hand and on the other it is quiet so one can properly rest during the night. The apartment was very clean and well prepared. There was tea and coffee available, so one could rest after arrival without going shopping immediately.

Quite a lot of beds in a small space - for our short break this was great but if you were travelling for longer you might all feel a little on top of each other

Staff were fantastic, especially Dagmara. Super friendly and able to offer lots of advice about the area. Location is brilliant and close to lots of food vendors and bars, with easy walking to everything! Facilities inside were great. Tea and coffee also provided!

Apartment were absolutely fantastic - there was 3 of us and we all had a double bed each. Everything was clean, comfy and well decorated! The apartment has everything you could possibly need - shampoo, soap, kitchenware, towels etc The location is very central to the Jewish Quarter - there’s LOADS of food places right outside the door so you’ll be spoilt for choice. Most of all, our host, Dagmara, was amazing! Any questions you had he responded really quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful! All of us have said we’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Krakow!

The location of the apartment is amazing! There are lots of eating facilities and bars right outside as well as convenience stores and public transport stops. The old town is a 15 minute walk and the apartment is nice and feels cosy. The bathroom was equipped with shampoo, soap and towels.

Liked everything, the only thing that was a slight discomfort, was the water heater. We were four (family with kids), so by the time the fourth person got to shower, the water was cold and we had to wait for it to warm up. Take into consideration if you are traveling in big groups. But totally fine for 2-3 people.

The location was good. Close to the old town. We walked around a lot, lots of interesting places around. The host was very helpful, she met us bit earlier to let us in. The building seem old but very well maintained. Clean corridors and hallways, secured entrance. The appartment itself is nicely arranged. All the necessary equipment inside.

I'm nit picking here but I wish the tea and coffee were a little bit better :-) But of course, the fact that they were provided at all was already a bonus.

Hosts very responsive and even proactive -plenty of emails with all the necessary details, reminders etc. Then prompt and helpful communication via WhatsApp. My flight was delayed and one of the hosts ( Dagmara - dziekuje!) made sure I had a new access code because the old one expired at midnight. The apartment itself was very clean, with pleasant decor and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable. There was some wear in places but absolutely not a deal breaker. Location suited me as well - a little square round the corner with eating places and the ubiquitous Zabka shops galore. 15 - 20 minutes to Old Town on foot.

Washing up liquid and a tea towel would be handy. The heating is very warm and we could only turn it down not off completely.

The apartment is in a great location close to bars and restaurants. It is easy walking distance to the old town and the museums south of the river. The apartment is open plan with a separate bathroom. There are 2 sofas one of which we used as a sofa bed. Dining area in the main area and small table in the kitchen area. There is a double bed in the main room and an additional double bed on the mezzanine level which has a low ceiling. Teabags and coffee was provided and the kitchen had all the equipment you could need including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There was a washing machine in the bathroom.

We couldn't turn the heating up. We were not cold at night but in the day it was a bit chilly. Having said that we didn't spend much time there in the day. There were no instructions on how to use the coffee machine, oven etc. so we didn't use them. Coffee was provided so we would have liked to use the coffee machine.

The location is perfect near bars and restaurants and walking distance from the main square. The apartment was comfortable with all amenities including fridge. The beds were comfortable.

Hot water was set to very high temperature, it was not easy to regulate water temperature and I burned myself several times. There is a busy burger place just below the bedroom window and due to the smell from the kitchen and noise it was not possible to open the window in later afternoon and during the night.

It's a bit of an older apartment in terms of decor and feel; also, it's not entirely sound-proofed. Appliances worked fine for the most part, but the shower faucet was quite sensitive, meaning that small movements could change the temperature significantly (from cold to very hot). As a result, we just needed to be extra careful when getting the water to a desired temperature and keeping it that way by not accidentally bumping the faucet. The bed was also fairly low to the ground and on the smaller side.

Superb location in the middle of the Kazimierz District. Plenty of landmarks, attractions, restaurants, bars, etc., all within walking distance. The host was also very nice and helpful. The neighborhood is lively, but it was never too loud from our bedroom.

We would have given it a 10 as the hosts were very responsive and helpful, the apartment was perfect and the location could have been perfect, but the night life on the street went on so late-until 5:30 in the morning, and we needed earplugs to sleep. If you like partying into the night, then this won't bother you.
