Only Polish version of all documents I had to sign. It is not a big problem for a Slavic person but might be quite challenging for somebody from Western Europe, for instance. Not any shower gel in a container in a shower. Fixed hangers in a closet. Understandable move but it makes them impossible to use for T-shirts which I would have like to hang as well.

Room facing the street are very noisy. Is was impossible to sleep due to night traffic noises. I would ask next time for the room facing the back of the building.

In the first room there was a strong smell of cigarettes, but they offered another room. There are no sockets next to the beds (even though on booking it's mentioned in the facilities list). Only half of the towel dryer was heating. The shower cabin's door was not completely closing. Cleaning could be done better. Noisy, because of thick walls (many hotels have the same issue). No manager in the hotel. When I wanted to speak to the manager they only told me to text via email and that they have 1 month to reply. I emailed them more than 1 month ago but they never answered...

The staff at the reception was friendly and tried to help. They offer breakfast. I haven't tried it though. Not so far from station Lodz Fabryczna

The door didn’t work with the access card and also pretty hard to open with the key. Thin walls, you can hear the people next door.

We had problems with the door to our room, it was really hard to close them which made us feel less safe than we would like.

Great for one or two night stay, wouldn’t recommend for longer travel. The room was clean with comfortable bed:) Breakfast was really good with a lot of options!

I got a ground floor room that didn’t have an actual window but some sort of highly placed opening which left the room rather dark and I had an issue closing it for the night. it was just for one night so I didn’t make a fuss but had I stayed for 2-4 days as originally planned, I would have asked to be moved.

Walls are paper-thin. The lamp next to the bed couldn't even be connected to electricity as the outlet was too far away. The keycard rarely worked. By far *the* worst coffee I ever had

Only one place where I would invest some money is front of the hotel. Its not so representative. Glass wall is little dirty and hotel label lightning is little broken. Invest some money here... and it will be perfect ;-)

I was afraid little bit because of other reviews.. but I have to say... we have great room, nice bathroom. Beds were comfortable. No problem at all.

I paid for parking 35zl=8euro with credit card, but realy I wasn't parked there, that was other company parking where I must paid 3zl! I asked staff please give me a 3zl, because I can't get out from parking, I paid 35zl for your parking where I didn't was and she answered that is no our problem! The staff said that the money will send me back to my credit card, but they send nothing back!!

The room was really small, did not really look like the one presented in the pictures. Awful „view” from the window - some wooden structure shat by pigeons.

Breakfast was quite alright and the staff was really pleasant and helpful.
