The room was cold when I arrived and it was December. The minibar was empty. In the bathroom instead of mini shampoo etc. there were those like shopping mall soap dispensers. Not good for such a nice hotel.

Nice hotel in good location just next to the lake. Lovely and helpful staff. Big parking on the backyard and separate restaurant building.

There is no aircondition in the room or it was not working, and it was a very hot summer day. no window or aircon in the bathroom. The rooms are very basic but clean.

The price that appeared on the Booking.com was 137 eur, but we paid 150 at the hotel. The terminal showed two prices - in the local currency and euros. Later we learned that whenever we chose the local currency the exchange rate was better and the price lower. The thing I don't understand is why the receptionists urged us to pick the sum in euros.... like - no, no you must press that one...

We spent just one night there, arrived late and left after breakfast. The choice was not huge but the food tasted good. It is a quiet, remote place. Everything was more or less ok.

No WiFi signal in my room, which was towards the end of the hotel. However, there was an office near the reception where I could work online with ease.

No hair dryers in the bathroom, but I got one from the reception so this was ok.

The location is very nice, near the lake. The room was ok, with comfortable beds, and a big bathroom, the heating system was also very good. The personnel from the reception is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is standard, according to expectations. The hotel's restaurant is very nice, with good food, and fast serving and it looks very chic and rustic.

It was a bit hot inside, but for the 35+ degrees outside, I'd say it is ok. On the breakfast we had to wait for the food and there were no available clean tables.

Good location close to the beach, restaurant is 50 meters far from the hotel. Rooms are standard.

I missed toiletries (there were soap/shampoo dispensers provided beside the sink and under the shower - but no toothpaste). Also there was no coffee in the room provided.only tea sashettes

Ecellent stuff, super helpful and kind, always able to help with any issues. Tasty Polish breakfast, quiet and spacious room with a beautiful view. Very clean. Great place for a solo traveller. I felt safe and relaxed and had a really good sleep at night.:-) One thing to consider- it's time after season so hotel wasn't crowded.

The wifi in the rooms does not exist if you are staying in the corner rooms away from reception or a main hall. No AC (not a big issue if the temperature outside in less than 25 degrees, otherwisw the top floor rooms will be boiling hot

No ventilation in the hotel room including windowless bathroom (in the middle of summer with 30 degrees outside), informed the staff about it and the problem was ignored.

We went there straight after landing at Modlin airport and were at the hotel reception around 12:30 (check-in starts at 14:00) and we were greeted with a question "Who told you to come here that early?". Well nobody but I guess that's not the way you should talk with your guests. Anyway there is a restaurant so we went there till the check-in time and were at the reception at 14:10 to hear that our room was not ready and they had no other room for us. And then the battle between the cleaning ladies and the lady at the desk started. She finally gave us the keys to the room and when we went there the door was open and everything was at the beginning stage of cleaning and the cleaning ladies were shouting and there was no more no less but pure chaos. Finally after half an hour they gave us a room but the struggle ruined the whole experience.
