Our room was situated on the ground floor and we missed the carpet very much, as the floor was colder than usual uncarpeted one. You should take warm home shoes for comfortable staying, socks are not enough (we stayed in hot August). It would be nice to find shared kitchen there, as it can be difficult to find places to eat out nearby and it takes time to get to the city centre. Hope the hoster will arrange it in the nearest future. I would say that the place is good, but we would expect a little bit more for the money.

Good place with nice wooden furniture. We also liked our own frigde (although it was placed outside the room in common area), shared tables on the terrase, where you can relax, easy check-in, direct road to Warsaw city center. Lidl supermarket nearby. Coordinates for entering the parking: 52.352151, 20.94394, be attentive not to miss it.

Everything was good. We was 8 persons and booked 4 rooms. The one person room was good for two people because of big bed, so one room was unnecessary, but everything was okey.

It was a bit far from the city center, walking to the center takes more than 3 hours. though you can easily take a taxi or rent a Bolt scooter.

Very good place, I will definitely go there again if I go to Warsaw. nice staff, clean and big rooms, supermarket nearby and parking in the hotel's yard.

The towels were hard as a rock it was impossible to use it, in our room wifi did not reach, the smell in the room and in the corridor was not good, like in the toilet.

Although the owner didn’t speak English, Barbara solved all issues (calling taxi, fixing tv, possibly offering breakfast, information about shopping etc)

- facilities, first of all, some of them are broken and unrepaired. For instance, in my room the doors to the shower stall and the sink were broken - rooms are old ones and ugly, do not look like photos from booking - location, it's so far from the centre that even delivery is partially available. There are almost no cafes nearby - mosquitoes, in my room after checking in were several mosquitoes (and many spiders in the corners and behind the bed) - towels, they are so firm after many washes, so it's very uncomfortable to use them. Overall, the recommendation would be - pay a bit more and ignore the place as much as you can.

Can hear what happend in another's rooms and in the corridor. Water pover in sink was really small. Close to the road. And can hear road when windows is open. Downstairs under the windows is terase, in which people are smoking, and smoke can feel in a room. Towels was really hard, was not soft for body. Quality does not correspond for price.

Bed was big, with hard mattress, can very good sleep. In the room was one comfort chair.
