Could do with investing in a few new pillows, found them very uncomfortable. Water was cold in the shower one of the mornings but apart from that an excellent place.

Location of hotel, overlooking main square. Staff were excellent. The room and hotel were spotless. There was Prosecco on ice, waiting in our room on arrival. Forgot to bring phone charger but they gave us one at reception to use for our stay.

I had to come home

I have stayed at this hotel previously so knew what to expect. The hotel is on the main square in a perfect position, the staff are exceptional and the quality of the accomodation is first class. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Everything! The room was amazing and so clean. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were so lovely, especially the food cooked to order. It is right in the main square and such good value for money. Stayed here twice now

It is hard to find anything we did not like. Nope. Nothing.

The location on the main square was excellent, we enjoyed sitting in the square watching all that was going on. The rooms were fabulous and superbly clean. The staff couldn't be nicer

No robes and towels quite small so glad I packed PJ's to wear whilst getting ready

We had an issue with the aircon remote but this was remedied very quickly - again, excellent.

The hotel is situated in the main market square, which is a fantastic location in the centre of the 'old town'. Most places (all the ones we visited) are within walking distance even if it's raining (the hotel supplied umbrellas). Our room was a premium double. The room was quite narrow and long, with plenty of space, a large wardrobe, safe, fridge, tv, nice coffee pod machine, kettle, a bottle of Proseco on arrival (a nice touch) and aircon all included. Breakfast was included in the price and was cooked to order or continental type breakfast also available. We pre booked a tour to Auchwitz in an 8 seater and also pre booked lunches (bag meals approx £10 each, but included a large filled roll, 2 types of fruit, biscuits, litre bottle of water, carton of juice, and crisps ) The driver was excellent/informative and collects from the hotel lobby (as the main market square is vehicle free). The hotel staff were excellent, spoke English and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. We will be visiting again.

We had a bit of a problem with air con remote but it was solved promptly next day. We did choose basic room which was bit small but it was our choice to start with

Excellent location friendly helpful staff. The hotel itself has everything you need for a perfect stay. Room 110 has a huge jacuzzi bath which after a long day's sightseeing is most welcome.

The lift was out of order for 2 days but we were compensated which was really nice of the hotel and they also gave us a bottle of Prosecco.

Really nice hotel we had a hot tub jacuzzi in the room which was brilliant. Transfers to and from the hotel were also really great which we sorted through the hotel.

Morning Breakfast staff could have been a little happier, although the were very helpful.

loved Rolls Royce transfer. Breakfast you could not fault, everything was there. Location was great!! Lovely reception staff. Little extras re Prosecco on arrival, White wine on our last day.

There is nothing we didn't like it was just perfect
