Location is not the best ever. But it is not about the hotel itself.

Lots of attractions, you’ll never be bored. Pools, sauna, steam room, bowling, tennis and many more. Tasty breakfast. Clean comfy rooms.

I suppose the location was on a busy road but this doesn't cause any issues when you are in the hotel.

This hotel has everything! Great spa facilities, games rooms, soft play for kids, a gym, bowling alley, pool tables, bar/restaurant, breakfast, indoor/outdoor pools - If you're looking to stay somewhere that will have everything you need to entertain without the need to go anywhere else, just relax and enjoy. The room was big and comfy. The price was so good.

Absolutely everything was good. The best family-oriented hotel with a huge number of facilities for kids. The water park (it's not just a pool, believe me!) is amazing. The location (coming by car, of course) is really good - you can stay here and find anything within 20 min drive. Will get back for sure!

No English or other language signs all over hotel. At the spa as well , personnel language skills were limited, and it was hard to understand what can be used and how. It is a family hotel, hence very loud. The location is basically on the local main street, between cars, train stations and shops, not a place one would walk around to relax.

That was one of the best value for money hotels we ever stayed. Great breakfast, amazing pool area, a number of activities for kids for FREE! We are impressed. Highly recommend this hotel for both traveling with kids, as well couples.

Room facilities could be a bit more diverse for a four-star hotel. The object is situated close to the main road. Good for car users, but as a pedestrian you have to go around long way to cross the street. Fortunately you don't have to do it on your way to the railway station.

Standard room, no fancies, but pleasant, good double bed. Great breakfast, many dishes to choose from. Good spa facilities (not extraordinary though; remember to take your own slippers). Close to Rumia railway station with frequent connections to Gdynia, Gdańsk and the airport (this with one change).

The bed was very stiff and with an old mattress which for a sensitive back was a bit challenging. The reception staff despite their age - young and energetic - were completely inflexible and not very helpful. I had a very early check out on Sunday morning and asked the lady at the reception if I can have a free coffee because I’ll miss out the breakfast which I paid for (due to my early departure) and the answer was a hard NOPE. On Friday we asked the lady at the reception if she could order for us a taxi as we don’t speak the English and she first rolled her eyes, said that probably nobpdy will take us and then she eventually called us a cab. For a 4 star hotel and their very expensive rate per night, one expect a bit of kindness and customer-centric attitude.

The breakfast was really delicious with many options, with veggies and salads. The infrared sauna and the jacuzzi were also a decent option for some relaxing minutes and we appreciated they were included in the room price.

room was red hot, air con not working. no mini bar. no iron in room and had to walk to another floor to iron clothes. on a main road next to a hardware store. no English speaking people on check In. restaurant closed when I arrived and was only 9.55pm.

The tv fell off from the Wall by itself, only by miracle didnt hurt anyone. Several Times our cards stopped working so were stuck wet and cold waiting ages for help to open the doors yo our roo.. Stuff unfriendly, receptionists not nice, they didint even simply apologized us for inconvinience. Food terrible i ordered Fish that was super little less then 100g AND difficult to chew, we waited long time for food.

For a 3 night stay our towels were never changed nor was the bin emptied. We had an 8 month old baby in the room so ofcourse there were lots of dirty nappies. We asked to borrow a high chair for the room. We were told it must be returned by 9pm… not very helpful. The restaurant is as beautiful howvever the rooms were like stepping back in time. You wouldn’t believe they were the same hotel. On check in we asked to book another night… we were told this wouldn’t be an issue but we would have to change rooms which we agreed to. The night before we were due to check out of our first room we asked about the room for the next day to be told they were full and didn’t have a room for us. That night I received numerous phone calls to which I couldn’t return the call so I emailed… they were asking where we were and if we still needed the room???? When I replied saying we were told they were full and also being unhappy about the towels and bin situation, my email went unanswered.

There were good facilities for kids however place needs an upgrade.

Dirty Lot of trafic, noicy. Room was not cleaned during our stay, 4 days. This is not a 4 star hotel anymore. Food below average.
