Bathroom door closed poorly, no forced ventilation

For some reasons approximately at 9-10am we woke up because the cleaning lady was knocking at the door, and a few seconds later she just opened the door herself. My friend and I was still in the bed and we had "do not disturb" sign on the door, my friend got really scared and screamed, after that the lady quickly left. We still have no clue what was that, so don't forget to lock the door when you go to sleep.

Booked a twin room with my friend, it was clean and neat. The location of the hotel is very good, there's a biedronka near the hotel, if you need anything, and downtown is also quite close, so you could have a wonderful time.

Good value for money. Excellent location close to city center and tram and bus lines. Really nice breakfast as always. Ibis hotels always cover my expectations. Definitely coming back next time. Thanks

A false Alarm of the fire system happened in the early morning and it was not easy to make a call to reception to find a real picture of what was going on. The hotel did not apologise for this mistake and waking up stressed.

Good strategic location regarding the Old Town and the main places to see. 2 supermarkets near the hotel. The stops of tram lines near the corner. Perfect balance price vs quality. Comfortable for short stays.

Housekeeping was very poor, rooms did not seem to be cleaned properly when we returned end of the day. Nothing else we found that we did not like.

Small room but sufficient, breakfast spread had many options, room had a glass bottle for filtered water dispenser outside lift on every floor which we thought was an awesome gesture. There are many shops and restaurants next to the hotel and tram stop opposite. The hotel has a restaurant serving good food and drinks with leisure seating.

Couldn't get the heating to work properly, the room was kinda chilly and I'd appreciate some heat in the room. No heated floor in the bathroom.

Decent place, in a decent location, near the uprising museum and close to public transportation. Staff was friendly. Rooms were ok, bed was comfortable.

Strangely at the reception we were asked to pay in advance which was first time for me. The room was on the smaller side, which posed a bit of a challenge, especially for a family. It felt a bit cramped, and finding enough space for our luggage was a bit of a struggle. Additionally, we were provided with a limited number of towels for our family, which was somewhat inconvenient. It would have been more convenient if there were enough towels available to accommodate everyone comfortably.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had, which added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. My room was spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. It's always reassuring to stay in a clean environment, and Ibis definitely delivered in that regard. While the breakfast wasn't the most extravagant I've ever had, it was certainly sufficient. There was a decent selection of items to choose from, and everything I tried was tasty and fresh. It provided a good start to my day without any complaints.

The room was quite small. Also we had an emergency during our stay: the fire alarm during the night, and I didn't understand, if there were a fire actually or it was just a alarm system collapse.

Eco friendly and eco conscious place. Very clean, spacious. Breakfast delicious,with big variety of dishes. The room was excellent and superb. By the way the notifications are designed - about refilled water, about check out system etc. It is such a friendly place! And what melted me literally was the shape of the numbers of the room on the door. Great design 💪👌

While there is a lot of ecological reminders in the room, I think saving on the towels is not the best. We only had 2 large towels and on mat for the floor. No towel for drying hands or one extra for the hairs. That's the least I expect for this price. There was no trash other than in the bathroom (but on the floor there was one)

Food in restaurant: the meat was very hard, looks like was cooked some time before and warmed up before serving.

We were accommodated earlier (at 9 a.m.) according to our request (the price was 50 zl). Our cat traveled with us and we had no problem with that (the price was 30 zl). The location is perfect. The room is the same as in the photos. Everything was great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The door to bathroom is a bit broken so it makes a nasty sound every time you close/open them and you need strength to do that. There were some stains on the toilet and shower when we arrived which we cleaned ourselves - not sure what that was.

The breakfast is amazing, if you are looking for a place where you can have great breakfast - this is the one! Also, hotel provides free drinking water in each floor , if you have your own bottle - just fill it up.

Hotel has water coolers and recycle bins on each floor, that's amazing!!! Tasty food. Has a separate ironing room, that's comfortable too, though irons themself weren't very clean...
