Lack of a lift. Had to carry heavy luggage all the way through 3 flights of steps. Easily resolved if there is a Porter.

Massage was fantastic. Really friendly and asked the right questions at the right time. Actually made me more flexible which I hope to maintain.

the bedspread is small, the pillows fall behind the bed because there is a big gap..there was a party in the restaurant all night, the guests were shouting and shouting outside, it was the first time such a noise

Bad soundproofing. Close to the hotel is an airport - you can’t sleep with open window. My window was facing roof with AC blocks, and there was additional noice. The were small flies in the room. It was written that there is some spa, but the day I arrived it was not available.

I need to stay one night for visiting business client, the location was great for this purpose. Good Italian restaurant close by. Good breakfast. Big room, kettle and tea, AC. Clean. Parking is free. Very nice and helpful staff.

Noise of planes...Runway headed is straight on the hotel. The rest is really good, there is nothing to complain to.

Very good restaurant with local specialities. Close to airport and automotive track if You are travelling for a track day. The room was spacious, clean and nice. There was heater and air condition which is great.

We booked two rooms and one of them was a bit dated (especially the carpet).

The hotel is located only a few minutes away from the airport, which makes it perfect for early/late flights. There is free on-site parking available in front/at the back of the property. The rooms were spacious and clean. Wi-Fi worked well and the breakfast offered a good selection of cold and hot produce.

The bathroom was really big and nice, but sometimes was a bit smelly even when we hadn’t used it. The shower didn’t drain all the water, so, the floor was full of water.

We had the big bedroom (apartment) with the little jacuzzi, the bed was really comfortable and everything was really clean. The bedroom was comfortable and with lots of space. The staff was really kind and helpful, the breakfast buffet was really good with a lot of options.

We enjoyed our stay, rooms were comfortable and clean, exceptionally large beds were a nice surprise. Breakfast was great with lot of variety. Stuff was very nice. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was great, the only minus was a bit long waiting period.

Bathroom could use a little refreshing, and (only because of the neighbours, I imagine!) we could hear some of the guests upstairs. I was, however, disappointed with the early check-out, especially during the weekend- we had to leave at 11, so definitely not great for a party weekend plan.

Comfortable rooms, clean and cozy, though bathroom would benefit from a small renovation; breakfast was tasty, good choice of food and snacks, great restaurant on site as well- I recommend the goose! The room (double) was big enough for a couple, we had enough space, and the bed was very comfortable if a little smaller than I expected in a double room. Going to return for another weekend for sure.

The room doors have very strange locks - when you close the door, the lock automatically shoots out. If you don’t close the door fast or hard enough, the lock will shoot out and prevent you from closing the door. In practice this meant that to close the door from the first try you need to slam the door quickly and with much force. Unfortunately, this was not the case only in our room as in the morning everyone was slamming doors trying to close them, as they went to go for breakfast. The other issue was at breakfast. The food and variety was very nice, and the staff was very friendly. However, after each guest would leave, the staff would clear the table and use VERY strong smelling disinfectant to wipe the tables. Although I appreciate the efforts, it was impossible to continue eating for the next few minutes after it was sprayed. It would be great if more odorless products were used during busy breakfast time.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was quite nice and offered a big variety of food. Good wifi and plenty of private parking spaces.

Worn carpet and bed rest. The airport is nearby and the rooms are not soundproofed, so you may be awakened by the sound at night if you are a sensitive sleeper. Not many extras in the room and the hangers only reach halfway on the rack.

Great breakfast and helpful lady there, the room was clean as was the bathroom. The staff was helpful and they made an arrangement for my key to be picked up as there is no 24/7 reception. Quiet neighbourhood with a bus station nearby.

very soft beds, the food in the restaurant is not good, except the soup. The menu needs to be shorter. Don´t try the burgers, terrible taste. Very noisy from the floor and nabours bathroom. The hotel was fully booked, but the restaurant was empty.

The mattress was crooked, the bathroom smelled mildly of mildew, and the sauna is only available upon request several hours prior, and for an additional price. The dog surcharge was also much higher than any other hotel we have visited.

Friendly English talking personnel, clean and spacious room, very nice restaurant, good breakfast. This place is the best compared to price you pay and quality you get. Especially we liked food in the restaurant. We will book again for sure.

the booking was done one month prior checking in date with the request of a baby bed for an 4 month baby. by arrival the receptionist looking at the baby asked if we been informed over the New Year’s party, mine unsure was no so she left and went to speak with the hotel manager, the manager advise her to send us away. this being 29 of December and no where else to go. with not many options we stayed at the hotel. New Year’s Eve we arrived at the hotel around 2 in the morning, the party was very loud in the way as de small baby and us could not sleep, after going to the party room and ask for how long more the party was going on they have informed me that would go till 4 o’clock and he would speak with the manager to let him know we could not sleep. at 4 o’clock the party did not finished, I went to see the manager and he got agressief and want it to kick me out of the hotel with my family because in Poland this is normal to have a party and you should not complain about it.

extremely rude and unprofessional manager and the owner. i witnessed they agreed to some part of guest one thing and next day try to say that promise never happens making guests feel uncomfortable and like stumpier. they hire if rooms for weeding guests and asking them to check out next day at 11am ??? means they asking people to drive still intoxicated?? overall staff are very nice and have nothing to do with these passive aggressive owner
