The food was tasty. The room was clean and comfy. Not all receptionists were nice. The massages were amazing. 5 different saunas are a big plus. Unfortumay jacuzzi was always occupied. The option with reservation existed, but only from 11 p.m. and the cost per hour IMO was overpriced.

The only minor issue is that there can be a little bit of noise from the bar / restaurant due to the outdoor seating.

We had a lovely stay here, the spa facilities were great and the food and drink were excellent! The breakfast was amazing and all of the cocktails were fantastic. We really enjoyed the beach area too and were lucky enough to have a couple of warm days to enjoy the outdoor pool.

The only downfall for us was lack of air conditioning in bedrooms, (there is air conditioning everywhere else in the building) but this is ours opinion as was extremely hot weather on ours stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Kotarz Spa&Wellness. Every staff member I encountered, from the manager to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Absolutely fantastic few days in this hotel, our room was perfect , clean and comfortable very spacious, modern but very cosy and snug , lovely soft sheets. The staff were brilliant…. A special shout out to Manager…. He was possibly one of the best Manager we’ve ever had , so dedicated to the place, He was very attentive and felt he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful…again superb food along with a good drinks menu ,and a super outdoor bar, one of the best ever .The hotel itself is a treat, feels independent, boutiquey . It’s classy but unpretentious. There’s a well equipped spa , with a helpful wellness staff . There’s saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs - largely unused because the weather was so good. The staff are amazing here - flawless. So nice - always trying to help. We stayed in a very posh hotel in the U.K. and Europe recently, and the staff there could learn a thing or two from the staff at Kotarz Spa&wellnes ! So if you would like to experience luxury from abroad hotels , just pop to Hotel Kotarz Spa & Wellness, and you will have it all whithout traveling abroad. To sum it up possibly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in…….we will definitely be back 🍾🍾😎😎 Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Firstly, we booked one double bed, instead got two twin beds, which we pushed together, but as is wasn't dressed for a double it didn't work very well. Matresses were uncomfortable. Lack of bar in the wellness area (the beach bar was closed). Wi-fi didn't work very well - the loging in was terrible and worked probably on 10th try and then the internet went down repeatadly. Staff should be better. At the reception they didn't know about the evening event (advertised on TV) - we asked repeatedly different staff. When we set in the restaurant outside for some drinks - nobody came to take our order, and there was no sign of order inside. So, we saved ourselves some money - good for us, bad for them.

Great potential, need some work on. Wellness is really nice. Food was delicious. The entire hotel was really clean and nice.

Nobody told us that our room would be without normal windows. We had only 2 roof windows in 2 metres heigh. If you want open this,you have to stand up on chair and if you are lucky man, you wont fall down. When rain started on night, it was adventure to close it not to have wet beds. Of course you see nothing through window. Yes, it was probably reason why this room was cheaper than others, but if we knew that it will be without view, we would take more expensive but normal room. I dont know, why they offer such bizar room.... Ladies on reception were kind as a African mosquito, their information for us were very poor.

it was ok but nothing special. lots of stuff are old and require repairing. administration forgot some small payment for pet and then after check out they were calling us in all possible messengers there are additional payment for taking pets, but there are nothing for pets that should be payed for parking is not free, why?…

we ordered double bed, bud when we came to the room there we 2 separate beds. the doors of the shower did not close properly. mini fridge in the room was turned of as soon as we left the room (together with all the other electronic devices. in other hotels it has separate source of energy). lockers in the wellness can be locked easily without the usage of any key and then you are not able to open it without the help of the personnel. no information about that was provided. people go to the saunas in the swimsuits, as a result, it’s wet everywhere in wellness. no air conditioning in the room

- receptionist for our check-in was very unfriendly and arrogant - for over 500pln we had a room without a window -embarrassing! To actually have a proper window we had to pay 30pln extra - guests need to pay extra for everything, such as parking lot or even bathrobes - no coffee/tea maker in rooms - hot water machine at the 1st floor doesn't work - extremely busy spa/wellness area, no way one could relax - all stickers are in Polish only - pet hair on our bedsheets and pillows - location: by the main street and busy supermarket

I would like to start with the most important thing; no AC in the room, it was kind of like a joke to me. So if you're going there during the summer; prepare to sweat in the room. When we ask for slippers and bath rope they said "slippers are 10 złoty and bath ropes are 25 złoty" This was the second disaster. So if you're going, take your own slipper and bath rope for the pool. Take tooth paste also, they don't have any. No minibar in the room. No safety box, so if you have valuable stuff, you will be carrying them with you. Actually there is nothing in the room additional; no cotton buds, no soup, no hair conditioner. They only put two bottles of something and it says "it's for hair, body and hands". In the room you will find two bottles of water, wine (with payment ofc), toilet paper, stitching kit and some towels but they even put them with wrong amount. If you want to order from the bar you might wait because workers can be chatting and you might just stand there and wait for them to finish talking. After 22.00 kitchen, bar and everything is closed. There is no even worker at the reception. And receptionists are not friendly or helpful or smiling. I am myself a hotel worker for years (front desk chief / guest relation) . And this is not the proper service. I even point it out that it is our honeymoon on my reservation, but during the check in she wasn't even aware of it, normally you should be reading the additional notes on the reservations and getting prepare for the check in (maybe putting some flowers or greeting card to the room) and when the guest arrives at least you should convey your congratulations, this is how it is even in the boutique hotel. It shows that they have 3 stars but when you even looking at the simple things (AC, tooth paste, slippers with money) you can see it is more like a motel.

Room and hotel in general was really clean. Breakfast was good.

The music. Too loud and not suitable for the target audience of the hotel in my opinion. It was mostly spanish music for young people. The hotel had a lot of couples with kids and middle age couples which isn't the target for this. The cocktails in the pool bar. Very inconsistent between them. The same thing can taste different and is on a different glass depending who does it. In the other hand the bar in the restaurant was quite good and provided the same cocktails on the same kind of glass with the same taste every time. The staff in the pool bar are young girls and we found the staff in the restaurant much more professional. Perhaps some cross training with restaurant staff will help to raise the standards of the pool bar. The beer could be colder and with more gas. It was good enough to drink but you can find them cheaper and better in the places nearby. The cleaning of the pool changing room. It's ok but not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

The service in reception and the main restaurant. Great well trained professionals. Good at up selling and serving. They made our stance quite pleasant. The food in the buffet and restaurant was really good and the presentation was excellent. The cleaning of the rooms it was up to a high standard. The spa and the saunas are absolutely amazing and the staff on the spa do a really good job and very good massages.
