The hotel hosts families with children it created atmosphere that we could not found us enjoining the staying . The pool was full with children so we haven’t been able use it .

Everything was perfect.

I absolutely adore this place. We come here with my partner to celebrate our anniversary every year. Even the cheapest rooms are exceptional. You have either balcony or terrace. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and really nice bathrooms. Views and the surroundings of the hotel are absolutely incredible. All this nature takes your breath away. The restaurant has the best food, even for vegan people like me. Breakfast were the best I had in any hotel in my life, and swimming pools, saunas are just the best. Also with the view. I just love this hotel, I will continue to visit every year❤️

Breakfast is good yet the open buffet dinner can be a bit more choiceful. Instead you can take a'la carte which we did. Yet that may take time during rush hours as well.

Well decorated rooms, all of them with lake view. Nice lobby with a live music on Saturday nights. Very friendly and supporting staff, high level of service

Great location by the Welpinskie Lake. Food is delicious, both breakfasts and dinner/lunch options. The pool area offers indoor (bigger) and outdoor (smaller) pools, with jacuzzi and saunas and was not crowded on the weekend. Both times we stayed there, there were events in the evenings (campfire, live music).

It was our second time at the hotel and it was way better than the previous time. As it was in the middle of the week there were not as many children as before so the atmosphere was much more cosy. Breakfast are really good, so is the restaurant. Great cheesecake baked by Ms. Beata! On the whole lovely stay.

We did not need it during our stay, but the room did not offer a place for a comfortable work. There were two tables in the room, but TV table was to high and narrow and the other one, was to small and had a chair which was not very comfortable.

The hotel has a great location, directly facing the lake, with multiple rooms offering lake view. There is a decent pool area with few small pools (one outside) and 1 large pool. Our daughter loved the kids area, there are also various animations for kids organised.

The rooms a bit basic in design and equipment (no coffee machine, no bar). But still comfortable though. Quick inconvenient that the check out is at 12 and the restaurant is opening only at 1 pm (prevents from checking out but still spending a bit of time in the hotel)

Maybe too many children around (running, crying, ecc.), but I recognize that this is not fault of the hotel, which, instead, tries its best by creating free-child zones for adults. I really appreciated the effort

A little detail: no table in the balcony, just chairs. But most importantly, the Hotel claims to have a beach (and exclusive for clients' use), but you can't go to the water. You can only go as far as you have water just above your feet. After, the lake floor is full of sticks and rocks and any other kind of stuff that prevents you to go further. Also, a tap/point of water to wash your feet after stepping on the (small space of) "sand" is extremely necessary.

Very clean, staff was super nice, superb breakfast, a lot of activities to do in the facilities.
