Play zone for kids are old and need to fix. In the room toilet doors does not close.

Beds is very comfortable. There are play zone outside for kids. Its perfect when we come with a child. Breakfast is delicious! Stuff is very friendly ant speeks englisch. In conclusions, we are happy about staying in hoter Milord.

There was no complementary shampoo and hair conditioner, so I had to wash my hair with soap (had only a small backpack with me so couldn't bring any through the airport). No coffee or tea in the room.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the scrambled eggs and hotdogs. I also appreciate the late check-in (11pm). Lovely hotel overall, and brilliant value for money! The balcony with a nice view was a bonus as well.

It is very nice to have two bottles of water in the room. it's hot outside, there are no air conditioners, but there is a fan in the room. took into account the request for a quiet and peaceful room. добры сняданак. вельмі прыемна, калі ў нумары ёсць дзве бутэлькі вады. на вуліцы спякота, кандыцыянераў няма, але ж у пакоі ёсць вентылятар. улічылі просьбу пра ціхі і спакойны пакой.

Some furniture needs to be refurbished. Also, carpet in the room was very dirty - not with stains, but with trash (obviously it was not vacuumed after last client). But the bathroom was clean.

Nice place to spend a night during travel. Spacious room. Friendly staff, despite didn’t speak English (it was not a problem for us). Breakfast was good also.

as they don’t have conditioner, room smells like you haven’t been there long time. also language issues- they don’t speak English. breakfast was poor but with this value of money it was ok. seems that there aren’t warm water late evenings, it came early in the morning.

the property looked very beautiful, royalty. nice that whatever time you arrive someone is waiting.

I was travelling with a small dog, but the boss of the hotel decided it was to be considered as big, and so I had to pay an extra cost with no reason...

Very smart hotel, and easy-to-reach along the road I had to drive through. Nice garden, with a lot of lovely flowers and trees. The room was standard, including the main facilities.

We were surprised with the comfort and beautiful surroundings. The beds were perfect. Very good breakfast! Also, we respect very much the business that suports Ukraine (Ukrainian refugees were staying at the hotel).

Beds not comfy, blanket too small for a double bed. Towels overused (holes on them). No fridge.

Unfortunately some guests were loud and disrespectful to others. There was 3am in the morning and most of people are sleeping at that time. We got long travel and that was not pleasant from other guests to disturb. No issues to hotel personal, only drunk guests.

The hotel gave us a room with one double bed and two single beds for each of my small boys, who were delighted. Staff members were very friendly. Breakfast was great. The playground was also a nice addition. Good place to stop before a long journey.

Room overdated, bed not comfortable. We came just to sleep over, but there were no option to eat after trip. We drive back few kilometers to the local pub to get dinner.

Reasonable price, close to the road, free parking.

The breakfast was absolutely awful, not much variety, didn't really cater for vegetarians and the egg wasn't even cooked. The rooms had cobwebs all over, the bedsheets didn't even fit the bed and was so light I had to sleep with the heater on. The shower was luke warm and when I mentioned it to a staff member, nothing was done about it. The plug sockets were ripped out the wall which was very unsafe but again nothing was done. There was only one staff member that spoke a bit of English but she was hardly ever there. Wouldn't stay at this hotel again at all, worst stay ever.

Unfortunately the staff was not very responsive. Arriving at the hotel after 8:00 pm, I wanted to take a shower after a long journey, but there was no hot water and it wasn't in the morning either, but the staff couldn't answer my questions why and when it would be available. Breakfast very poor.
