We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LithuaniaBreakfast was good but one morning we could choose from menu, another not. So interesting that different strategy are taken. The staff fulfil the food when you eat and not the full plates are added, so it is a feeling that hotel save food…also the receptionist don’t inform us about sofa in our room, so we ordered extra travel bed for our children in advance.
Location is perfect, we got very good room with sofa, not expected this. Very delicious food during the lunch time.

The room was big and comfortable. It is very close to town centre as well as to the beach. Fabulous facilities for children both indoor and outdoor. Lovely and friendly staff , caring for children during breakfast which was fresh and tasty with lots of choice.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is very good and the view from our window was beautiful. The room was large and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty and the dinner in the hotel's restaurant was also good. The free car parking is spacious.

LatviaI don't understand how this hotel is only 2 stars. It's nice and clean. They also have a good parking and a kid's playground outside. The breakfast blew my mind. I've been to a few European hotels in Italy and Paris, Latvia before. But the breakfast here beat them all, even the 4-star ones, many choices and all so tasty. Definitely recommended!
