Very nice and comfortable hotel - castle in a quiet place. We stayed in modern room with fantastic view from our room. Modern building is straight conected with main building. Breakfast was very good. Furnishings old renovated castle is historical with modern elements. The whole castle is made very sensitivly. Beatiful architekture. The staff was great.

It would have been nice to have a kettle and coffee maker in the room - especially that there was plenty of space for it in the desk area.

An absolutely wonderful place. Perfect space arrangement, up to the smallest detail (for example, having the parking lot at the far end of the lawn and overgrown by bushes, so it doesn't spoil the view). Comfortable, tastefully decorated spacious soundproof rooms (I stayed in the new part overlooking the pond). No kitchy fake-old decor often found in historical buildings. Thanks to expert space management, the hotel seems smaller and more cozy than it really is: people don't get into each other's way. I really appreciated it.

The hotel is amazing. The design of old and modern is absolutely perfekt. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom very nice. The restaurant is fantastic. Breakfast is good. However, it is really annoying that there is not one electrical socket close to the bed in order to load the mobile phone! Overall the hotel looks much better than on the website, at least that was the case for me.

This five stars hotel/palace is clearly amazing. We can highly recomend it. The place is by wonderful architecture, clever build next to a natural lake in the middle of beautiful nature in general. Rooms are with a view on a lake and they are realy big and so nice. This whole place is so clean. The personel is very pleasant, always prepare to help with so nice, kind, grace behaving, always nicely smiling. Breakfast is realy great with lot of choices, everything is made by high quality ingrediets, home made, so fresh and so good. Everyday there are small diferences regarding a main choice. Dinners are on the highest level of gastronomy. In one word ... fantastic.. !! You will eat something what you honestly never eat yet. It is incredible. But diference between this hotel and another five stars hotel is that you will get incredibly big portions. Part of a hotel is a pool and sauna, fitness area. As usual here in Palace Pakoscow everywhere is so clean and very nice. We enjoyed it everyday. To be honest, we do not have enough words to express enough a joyness and happiness to stay here. We had been here on a hotel for five days at tthe beggining of February 2024 and didn't want to go home. Thank you very much for all that kindness and such a wonderful stay. Definately will come back. It was an our big pleasure.

It would be great if there was a mechanism to attach the beds together to give the option of a double.

Exceeded expectations. Incredible value for money. The staff are all welcoming and hospitable. Great variety of choice on the breakfast buffets. Light and spacious rooms with wonderful views of the lake. Ideal location for walking. The pool and games room were great for the little ones when it was raining. I would highly recommend!

Breakfast on Monday (when the hotel is almost empty) was not even close to Sunday one.. there was nothing, only some not fresh food left after the weekend.. It was really bad, however the overall impression about the hotel was so good that I decided not to drop the 10 mark...

The gym equipment didn't work too well-but we didn't come here for that. The staff remedied the problems we pointed out straight away.

Truly, we enjoyed everything at Palac Pakoszow. The service, food, grounds, and hotel were all amazing. When we checked in, the staff gave us options of different rooms and let us see them before selecting one. At the restaurant, the cook and serving staff went above and beyond in helping us pick new and delicious meals. We enjoyed and appreciated the care that everyone at the Palac had for making sure we enjoyed our visit. We will certainly come back!

It was already mentioned in some reviews, that the spa/wellness area is reachable via restaurant, so it is something that you need to get used, however not a problem at all.

We just loved the stay here. Almost everything was perfect, from a great buffet breakfast with a big variety of choices to the wellness area. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. If you want to escape reality and relax for tew days - 100% recommended. I loved the view from our room (the new part of the building) directly overlooking the pond, very calming and you just feel the nature in the room.

The only small downside is that you have to walk through the restaurant to enter pool and spa…quite funny walking by in a bathrobe for everyone to see while enjoying dinner. But really just a fun aspect and nothing negative.

Super nice staff, large room with a great view, free parking, pet-friendly, great restaurant and a bar…pool, sauna…the perfect place to stay close to Jelenia Góra sind visit the mountains, castles and experience the outdoors.

Two things that I missed were being able to soak in a jacuzzi and being able to make tea/coffee in the room.

Everything combined to make this hotel an exceptional rejuvenating experience. The kindness and calmness of the staff was admirable. The hotel pampers with elegance, peace, living comforts, and the beauty of the nature outside. My dog and I both had a wonderful time relaxing.

The handle on my door was a bit flimsy. It's a bit weird that the way to the pool comes through the restaurant area.

There is a couple of ponds on the territory and it's nice to have a walk there observing swans and ducks. Rooms with a pond view have terraces and it's very nice relaxing there with a glass of wine. Breakfast buffet provides a great variety of options.

We had an Easter break and were surprised how hotel made us feel festive. Excellent breakfast with traditional Easter food, arranged Easter egg hunt for kids, lovely concert. The place is perfect for reconnecting with family, provides plenty of activities around. SPA zone was not overly crowded.
