Nothing major- rooms could use a little updating. Also, there is no elevator which was no issue for us, but some people might have issue with luggage.

Great location to explore area. Its about a block to beach and less then 10 min walk to train station. area very safe, lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Staff was very helpful. Very good Breakfast buffet.

Should the hotel check the sink because it seems to have a clogged drain? And instead of 2 single mattresses for a double bed, changing to a large mattress will be perfect.

The location of the hotel is very close to the beach with only 5 minute's walk, the opposite is a very beautiful park and around there are a few famous restaurants in Sopot. The receptionist is very friendly and eager to help if needed. The room was quite good, clean and the bed was good enough. I was delighted when my room had a small balcony surrounded by trees. The exterior and interior architecture of the hotel is classicly furnished so they bring an exciting experience to me during my stay at the hotel. I highly recommend 👌

A little run down in places, but nothing that affected our stay. No elevator for those who might struggle with stairs.

We had to ask 3 times for some toilet paper and soap. No maid service in 5 days. We had to request the trash to be taken out.

Breakfast was good and plenty. The staff at breakfast was super friendly and welcoming. The beds were a dream. The bath was modern.

The quirky and charming properties of the hotel are on the verge of neglect in a few places. It could definitely use a bit more love. We personally didn't mind it that much but it was noticeable. Hopefully a good summer season this year will help improve the situation. And final note - please don't store spare mattresses / folding beds in front of the rooms! That's not a nice thing to see and it was like that for the whole stay.

It's a vintage property in a beautiful, quiet location in front of a park and 1 min walk from the beach. Make sure to check the pictures - if you want flashy, modern hotel - look elsewhere. If you want quirky and charming - that's your place :) We got two double rooms that were connected forming kind of an apartment with one bathroom to share. The beds were comfy, there was a fridge, TV, kettle and a balcony. The bathroom was clean and spacious and had basic toiletries provided. The place was clean and pleasant. Of course it's not a modern hotel but we were prepared for that so old furniture and features were expected. Nothing was broken though and the décor was full of character. We loved it. Check-in and checkout were fast and easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Great value for money too.

It would be very difficult to find anything that I didn't like. Maybe there should be a lift for elderly visitors with heavier luggage, but it wasn't there originally, so why should it? Slightly squeeking floors? But they're made of wood and are part of the atmosphere-experience.

Eden is a family business with a hundred years of history - and it shows. It's a spectacular house (wooden staircase, wow!), located in a quiet place about a minute away from the sea (Zatoka Gdańska, to be precise) and three minutes from the Sopot Pier. And it's been a pleasure to be there from arrival to departure. Competent and friendly stuff, excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs or pancakes done by request on top of a rich buffet with meet and vege options.

The joints behind the bathtub were partially black/moldy, that was the only negative detail we noticed. Apart from that, the room was very clean!

A great, authentic house that reminds you of other times. We immediately felt very comfortable. A nice counterbalance to the omnipresent hotels that look the same everywhere in the world.

Can't complain about anything.

Buffet breakfast is ok and there is a large sitting room with sofas where we shared a bottle of wine bought at Lidl (excellent German supermarket). Very good value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
