Amazing hotel

One of the reasons I picked up this hotel was parking available in the hotel. However it turned out, after I arrived, that parking is not available, and I had to use parking in other hotel nearby, but i had to pay really high price for it.

Very clean, and comfy hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Close to City center, and public transport.

There were stains and someone's hair on the sheet. A lot of noise from the street.

A couple of times, while ordering at the restaurant, the staff forgot the order and didn't bring it. The pillows in the rooms are small and too high for me

Breakfast was ok, but there could be more choice for vegetarians, like some salads or so. And I happened to drink better coffee before ;) But except these minor flaws all was great

Perfect central location however at a quiet street, no noises or anything. Very nice contemporary design of common spaces and rooms interiors. All you need in a spacious room, including a fridge, electric kettle, pretty quiet air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed

The street can be occasionally a bit louder during the night - due to starting motors, loud motor cars. It was OK with closed windows.

The hotel design and architecture was fresh and brand new with local vibe. The location of the hotel is central and you are in the city centre in 3-5 minutes. The breakfast was super tasty and the variety of foods was astonishing. The hotel has a small sauna which is not heavily used, so one can be lucky and be there alone. The location was very good, on a quiet street 7min away from the railway station on foot. Staff were very helpful Breakfast was great, a very large selection of food including a juicer! The room was large and well designed.

Perfect selection for breakfast - could teach other hotels. Been in more than 20 hotels last 10 months - this was clearly 1st place for breakfast. Top. The staff was very active - cleaning, sorting, bringing the dishes all the the time. Very friendly stuff. We have arrived 20 minutes before the restaurant closing hour and it was totally not a problem to serve us 3 dishes meal. Everything with perfect professionalism and smiles on the faces.

The fact we did not get to the trip we wanted to go to which was not an issue with the hotel. Sadly it was poor communication with the tour company. I wish the hotel could have helped but they did not seem to know anything about trips when we asked.

Excellent range of food of a good quality and the staff were wonderful. The gentleman serving each morning was so helpful. We also had evening meal and the young gentleman managing the bar was exceptional

Super cosy and comfortable. The single room is more than enough for one person. The layout and materials were cleverly put together. The breakfast was one of the best I have experienced which included local produce as well.

2 person room had only 1 Bathrobe but you can ask for second one, no slippers (also you can ask from reception, they will bring)

Underground parking was full. We were directed to the parking lot across the river, which was a bit of inconvenience

Very modern, clean, quiet. Massive thanks to the staff that allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer as our toddler fell asleep right at checkout time.

The wall was shaking when the neighbor was closing his room. The doors of the rooms are weighty, and the walls are not solid; thus, it makes that they can shake.

Excellent hotel in the center of Katowice. The rooms are nice and comfortable, there is a spacious bathroom, and everything is in good condition. Around, there are a lot of restaurants and shopping centers, and it is close to the train station.
