We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Amazing breakfast and in general delicious food in the hotel's restaurant. Very friendly and customer-oriented staff. Owner present in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner, discretely keeping an eye on his employees and making sure the guests were happy. Great location. Very nice decor and attention to every detail. High level of cleanliness.

Our stay at the Hotel Reis has been the highlight of our stay! Room: modern bathroom, bedroom quite spacious, everything you need was there. Breakfast: extraordinaire!! 9 different sorts of honey, different cheeses, ham, salami - you name it - fish (if you are strong enough, taste the herring in the wooden casket!), most different sorts of bred, scrambled eggs ... and you could order e. g. French Eggs ... Dinner: as a group of friends we had a set dinner - and we were not disappointed - great cuisine!! This hotel is worth a trip!! I would have given a rating of 12 because of the excellent value for money!

The pool table at the lobby as well as location, very near to the beaches of Ustka as well as to the restaurants to eat. We had an early check in and hotel has arranged it for us for free which was very nice of them.

United States of AmericaA comfortable, soft armchair or a loveseat in the room would be the only item on my wish list. Parking around the building a bit tight but, frankly, no specific problems experienced during our stay in peak season.
Wonderful, central location on a quiet street steps away from the main commercial street in Ustka and literally three minutes from port, beach and dozens of restaurants. Spacious rooms equipped with all necessary amenities, such as strong wi-fi, A/C, television sets, small refrigerators, safes and numerous charging outlets. Upper floors are accessible by elevator and some rooms have balconies. All windows open for fresh air, if needed. High quality furniture and comfortable beds. Hotel restaurant serves not only a wonderful breakfast buffet but also gourmet dinner dishes, popular also with guests from outside. Advance reservations recommended. Special thanks to the gracious owner whose presence and watchful eye add to the feeling of personal touch throughout the stay.
