Noise from the road

They had a water cooker in the room but no tea or coffee. I haven't seen that before. It's a small thing : there are several shops nearby (and 2x Lidl too) where you can buy anything you want.

Good location, close to tram station that can bring you to center of the city in less than 30 minutes. Easy to pay everywhere, also on the tram, by creditcard. Room was good. I couldn't wish for more. Very nice young guy at the reception desk. Very good in price / quality.

It was far and there was no internet in the room. Also, the room was way smaller than in the pictures and not decorated as presented. It was ok though but I had other expectations from the pictures on Booking.

Bit close to the main road, if the window open at night sometimes noisy at night. At close windows (new ones) no noise.

Suburban environment, close to the main road, simply parking, clean and comfortable rooms. Easy to get pharmacy (40 m) and food store, street foods avalaible.

It was not clear how to check-in. There was a reception in the different building from the hostel itself, and the reception building was at the "back" of the hostel. It must be helpful to inform visitors "where to go for check-in" beforehand.

The location was nice if you plan to go both city centre and the other towns. There are two train stations in the east and west in approx. 15 min. walk and a tram station to the city centre very nearby the hotel.

I’m disabled and problem with a leg, so I limb around and there is no elevator but I didn’t get offered on of the rooms in the yard which I Can see the Polish workers in their vans sit outside the Doors drinking in the yard and noicy too

It was not that easy to find the hotel in the dark. Socket to charge the phone was too high above the bed that it was not easy to charge the phone comfortably (wires of the chargers are not usually very long).

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Private parking and cafeteria literally just around the corner.

Bathroom wall dirty from sick. It looks like its been there for some time. I dunno how can you miss it while cleaning if it is just next to the mirror. Poor attention to detail while cleaning obviousely. The bath towel was looking clean but when unfolded I have noticed brown stains on it. I just left it hanging and never touched it again. Lots of drunk people in the hotel making noise till late hours. On the last night when back to hotel there was 3 or 4 (russian speaking) male, drunk, trying to kick the door to the reception. Shouting abuse and behaving badly. I have choose this hotel because of good reviews which right now looks like has been written by friends or family to make the hotel look good. My advise if you want clean and quiet hotel......choose different one!

There is a tram nearby, a road of cars, from which noise can be heard at night, due to the poor insulation of the house.

Handling of written complain

I liked it until now where they banned me because of complaining last friday on this site for bathroom conditions and the now use non reservation with earlier problems and I have to contact leadership, which I just have done on their location where I was told I have been rooth at staff “I have only written on this side for complaining over bathroom full of water because of the draine not works” They have now also closed all my further in advance reservations this year, who will cost me Money, so therefore I want Them to reopen those reservation and pay me a compense for allready cost of Money + they ow me an escuse

There were hairs in the bedsheets, the mattress cover didn't cover the whole mattress and it was uncomfortable. The whole place smells like cigarette.

They let me do the check-in a little earlier and the check-out a 15 mins later.
