Very good location, not far away from the frequently visited parts of the city, but very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, restaurants and bus stops are only a few minutes walk, tidy and comfotable rooms. Very good breakfast.

Not a complaint but I think vegetarians are always forgotten about. I struggled at breakfast time. I would have been happy with a slice of toast but there wasnt any bread. The 2nd morning no fruit , yoghurts or milk for cereal so other than orange juice had nothing

the carpark was super slippery covered with ice, although there was hardly any snow. Town centre is far on foot, so you have to drive.

it is a beautiful house timber house with not too many rooms. Breakfast was great, although there was only one staff in the mornings so she couldn't be fast enough alone. Staff were really helpful, although only the manager speaks english, who is not there all the time.

Service issues. Always need to call (via regular phone line,no what's up) since most of the time no one at the reception. Refill at breakfast is not guaranteed and you'll get a face if u'll ask. We had to ask to have the room for 4 and not 2 as we booked and we're answered that they don't know how to open the other bed ...and then ask to clean the room\change towels..nothing was explained when we arrived (like how to open the external house door and etc). We did get everything in the end , and the lady on The phone was supper nice, but the fact that I always need to call for the most obvious stuff is disappointing.

Spacious rooms. Walking distance to some of the trails. Good restaurant nearby. Quite surrounding. Lady on the phone made sure that that our requests are fulfilled and made a great effort to have vegan options at breakfast

the room was not ready, they were really surprised when we came to check in there because they didn’t know that we had a reservation (we made the reservation one day before check-in)

We enjoyed our stay, the staff at the reception was very welcoming,friendly and helpful. The accommodation is clean and quiet. Wi-Fi connection is very good and breakfast is exceptional! Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely quiet & relaxing stay.

The place was excellent, exceptionally clean and the staff was brilliant. Breakfast was lovely. Its a little further than I would like to walk but well worth it as there are some nice little bars around there that you wouldn't of normally seen.

There was nothing specific that we would not like, we have been aware that the position is not very much in the center, so it was OK. The lock on the room was a bit broken but still working so again nothing to criticize.

all in all we have been satisfied with the accommodation. It met our expectation. It is easy to find, host was great and helpful, breakfast was also very good.

i completely like the whole accommodation. its fairytale, everything was clear, nice, very spacious room, wonderful bed. i have never met such an amazing receptionist as Ana was, nice, smiled all the time willing to help and answer the questions. wonderful fairytale we will definitely come back. thank you
