Our room had windows facing the street and there was a cold air blowing in your head when you lie in bed with your head near the window. So, I needed to sleep feet-to-the-window not to get sick.

The breakfast is great and the personnel is very sweet.

The room had no air conditioning, but slept comfortably withe the windows open..parking was tough to find a spot on the street..but managed to slip in a spot. Wish there was coffee and hot water maker in the room..that was surprisingly absent.

Room was very spacious with nice balcony and hotel in a perfect location, the breakfast was great and the outside area was very relaxing with the fountain and chairs. Very close walk to everything to enjoy the place without having to go far from the hotel.

Very good location, nice decor and what most important it was really clean. Nice touch about the afternoon soup available within the price (which I didn’t eat as I was going out, but still appreciate the option). Breakfast was quite nice as well.

Very disappointing they couldn't keep our bicycles somewhere inside. In Kołobrzeg and around there are famous and wonderful bike routes, as well as thousands of tourists moving around with bicycle, and there is no justification for not finding a small room or even a box for that. At the arrival the guy at reception was professional but rather hasty: no welcome, no explanation for any facility of the hotel (massages, spa, ...). Only breakfast timing and here is the key.

The floating experience wasn't as expected. It definetly wasn't saltwater but some sort of chemical that burnt on the skin. But even after telling the staff about the unpleasantness of the experience and under consideration of the fact that we didn't even be in there for 15minutes they still charged us fully, which I found a bit inattentive.

Overall a great experience, very friendly staff, everything super clean and tidy. Great breakfast, awesome location.

The room itself was very small and not worth the price. Two single beds put together instead of a double/queen one. There was a smokey/burnt smell in the bathroom

Breakfast was excellent. We loved the pancakes, good selection of food. The chef was very friendly. The area around the hotel was very well kept and enjoyable. The location is close to the beach and the train station.

We really loved our stay at Medusa. You feel the good atmosphere even before you have entered the Hotel, because of the nice garden. Breakfast was really good. We can only recommend this Hotel. We are certainly coming back!

Amazing location almost at the beach, next to main walking area. Great new facilities, with super kind staff and and one of the best breakfasts I had looking at variety, breakfast area, and we were invited for shot of home made vodka. :)

Shower head was dripping everywhere but down where it should, bar wasn't prepared to serve cocktails during the day, some drinks weren't chilled like they should.

No elevator for our room, our parents has to go with staircase for upper floors and single rooms are really small.

Old part of the building is a bit outdated with very small rooms and no view from the windows. Breakfast was ok but very meaty almost no fresh veggy options. No croissants or good pastries. unfortunately there was a big and loud construction site directly behind the hotel.

location is close to the beach. Nice small spa area with free sauna. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
