I didn't like the food. I ordered dinner and meat was undercooked and very hard. Breakfast also wasn't tasty. Vegetable salad was off. Very soft and already getting sour. Tomatos were old too. Soggy and soft. Definitely not fresh. Selection was poor and cake also dry and not looking fresh. Quite disappointing and breakfast quality not matching to the standard of the hotel.

Unfortunately, we found the breakfast poor, especially for travellers that are used to change cities and countries often, therefore we have experience with hundreds of hotels. Added to this, some members of the staff have been kind of rude as we were not speaking their language but trying to communicate in English - normal, in a capital's hotel you have to expect tourists. The area is quite far away from the centre. Bear in mind that everything around is closed on Sundays.

The fact that there is a spa in the lower ground of the hotel made our stay more relaxed. We loved the lunch and the dinner choices in the restaurants, enough portions and in rational prices. The two male waiters were super kind with us, very helpful and smiley - on the contrary with other members of the staff. The room was quite spacious, with enough place to arrange our things and comfortable beds.

The lack of of air conditioning, no mini-fridge. Also I didn’t like the food at all, and they have bad coffee, but that might be just my opinion.

Nothing negative to say.

Simple basic clean room with twin beds, TV, kettle, tea and coffee. Spacious room. Clean bathroom. Not luxurious but perfect for a nights stay. Large parking area in front of hotel. Easy to access if driving in from Lublin direction. Easy tram access or a 45 minute walk towards PGE stadium.

You can hear what is going on outside of your room. Also, pillows could be a bit thicker or could be provided a second pillow.

Shower head holder was broken and it was impossible to shower comfortably having to hold shower head in one hand and wash with the other.

Complimentary water, tea and coffee, balcony with great view and quiet at night.

sometimes at night, it was hot and there was no fan/ac, windows are opened. otherwise the hotel is great and simply amazing

I was late 30 minutes with shortening my time in the hotel and have right to one day refund and the manager didnt accept my refund to proceed. Poland has very low humanistic values, in every other part of the world the refund would be granted as human understanding would be apply. I will defo not come back there.

The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient. The location was very good for us, very good connections to the centre, we would stay here again!

There was no Air Conditioning (in Warsaw, it can be useless but that week was exceptionally hot, 32°C every day). Also, I would have appreciate a fridge (but for that price, everything else was good).

I choose this hotel for the location, far away from the city center so that you can walk (6 km). Walking summer time is very easy, you always have protected tracks for walking and biking (no cars). Also, there are a lot of shots around (15 to 30 min walking). The hotel was very nice, clean (cleaning was every day), staff was very helpful, area is in a residential area, kids are playing safely.

Pillows were hard as rock, really please replace them as they are extremely unfomfortable.

Location was fine, near to the bus stop, also not situated next to the main road, so less noisy. Room had everything that I needed for my stay.
