Stayed here for the second time and was not disappointed. Satisfied in every aspect: room equipment, availability of 4 elevators, delicious breakfasts, quick check-in and check-out.

Well, not a fan of the parking, because it is quite expensive, but we parked our car on the street in the last spot available, so we go lucky. TV has a lot of channels, unfortunately, couldn't turn on anything in english.

The room was amazing, everything was clean and fresh. Very comfy bed, excellent kitchen - everything we needed to cook up some breakfast. (There is a nearby Lidl so you can buy groceries). Very tasty tea. Staff was friendly and nice.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and always went with a bus to the city center and other objects of interest. The bus stop is near hotel (5 min walk). You can go to old town (polish: Stare Miasto) directly from bus stop Mangalia 52 with bus number 116, and get out in pl. Zamkowy bus stop or next stop Kapitulna. Ticket you can buy in the bus (vending machine), better have debit card. There are some group tickets for weekend which are cheaper so check some info at www.wtp.waw.pl or bus routes https://wikiroutes.info/en/warszawa. There is no near metro. The hotel has free water machine at the entrance you can always fill your bottle for free, the breakfast was good, you can buy it directly before entering restaurant, there is no need to order upfront, eat as many as you like.

We only found one useable outlet in the room and it was not near the beds.

Very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. There is a bus stop very nearby for easy commute into the city.

Hotel is on the outskurts,there was too expensive and long to travel somewhere. Socket was not available for my charger, I asked receptionist,she was doing her best to find,thanks her a lot, but we did not find anytything,so the problem was not tackled.Thanks to a man working in the restaurant for providing his own charger for an hour at least. I also asked about spoon and plate, and nobody could bring me that,so I went downstairs from 5th floor to take it,no room service as I got. There was not a problem at all but would be perfect to feel more comfortable.

I liked hotel, room was good, breakfast was also good, there was heating which I could regulate by myself. Good stuff. Shop Żabka is nearby. Housemaid was a good woman,she cleaned our room very well. Thanks to Liuba.

Due to the road works outside the access to the hotel for cars was restricted from the street.

We have found here all we need in transit hotels for 1-2-3 days stay. Comfortable rooms with good sound insulation, friendly staff. The remarkable thing is the restaurant on site, which was very-very good both in terms of food and service.

The restaurant was closed and we had to go to another hotel to have a breakfast. But it was delicious.

Very good quality price ratio. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Easily reachable by the public transport (centre, train station and the airport).

The cleaning lady was quite passive agressive about cleaning the room at certain timing, when we were clearly still in the room and insisted on cleaning at that time. The location is a little far from everything, esepcially the transport to the city centre.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV was pretty nice to use. All in all a great place, and the staff was very helpful.

Limited parking available on-premises, requires booking in advance. Building entrance is around the back somehow. The building looks residential, kind of unusual architecture for this type of business. Unimpressive furniture and overall look and feel all around. Staff didn't get the memo to smile :)

Good location, non-stop gas station across the street. Practical and easy access to rooms and the breakfast area. Good pricing overall.

There are no fridge in the room(standard), and there are no ability to worm your food, only cafe is availible(they have normal prices), also, I didn't enjoy my pillow, but my wife liked this type of pillow, so 50/50)
