The hotel needs to be renovated. A bit old all.. even towels . ..

Place quiet, not far from the sea, some good restaurants around. Breakfast was good. Kind workers. Easy to go by train to Gdansk. Good, highly recommended place yo stay.

The room was very clean, I had big balcony , breakfast met my expectation, you can consume inside or outside. The are is close to shops , and restaurants. to the beach 10 min. walk, to train station 5. Bu the most important was the staff , very helpful and service minded. Very good choice and at he same time good price if you compare with competition. Many thanks to the owner and all staff for helpfulness.

The shower area was getting clogged up with water and we had a tough time taking bath The shower 🚿 was broken and water kept flowing out of the pipe It says that the room is enough for 3 persons but honestly the room is good only for 2 persons There was an expandable sofa but it was not fit for sleeping as it was too small The property turns off the heating at night around 22:00 and the room becomes awfully cold

My treatment

Didn't get code to get into building my taxi was late so I arrived 2 hours later 11 pm had to get guest to let me in guest helped me call management who was so rude to us shouting also the room they gave me the blankets were smelly I had contacted property about upgrade and for 3 nights it was 171 zlotys so in morning decided to change was told it would still be 171 zlotys as they had to clean the small room the management would not listen to reason I told him it was 2 night not 3 but he was aliment so I had to pay they had 5 rooms with balcony all empty but put me downstairs at side room no sun a workman doing work right outside room putting in posts hammer ing away couldn't get my head round why didn't put me up stairs were I would get Pease and sun but the management was so rude I just got on with my stay the staff were so friendly and helpful I could not fault them but they work for a very rude man

The main doors of the building section were closing so hard, that whole building trembled and noise were incredibly loud, and frustrating.

Breakfast was prepared for "to go" (breakfast box) on mornings when I needed to leave early.

Smoking is allowed in the shared terrace that is in front of windows. We felt like someone was smoking in our room all night and morning.

The beds are uncomfortable and creaking, pillows are flat, restroom is extremely narrow. The staff categorically refused to return money for the rest of days despite our extreme dissatisfaction with living conditions. Booking's support didn't manage to get answer from the host to solve it.

Good location, included breakfast, coffee and tea in the room, stuff for ironing in the corridor.

We did not get the room we had booked, but a smaller room that was much cheaper. We were three persons and it was too small for us. The price was only a fraction of the price agreed in advance. So we said OK although there was no refrigerator in the room and the television set was a tiny one.

The breakfast was good. The Oliwa paark with cathetral and other things was not too far away. The area was calm, and there was also a small river with a pond within a few minutes walk. The beach was a few minutes away with our car.

The room looked shabby. The TV was so small and so badly placed on one of the sides, that it was impossible to watch it. The bathroom was a disaster. black spots on the ceiling, I guess it was mold. The toilet tank was broken. Water flowed from it continuously. In one of the nights it also flooded the floor of the bathroom.

Breakfast was OK. The offer of food was varied and even the most demanding person can find something to her liking.

Only downside here is the location. Wasn't a problem for me being a solo traveler, and if you don't have a problem uber-ing around you should be OK.

Nice clean place with friendly staff. Decent breakfast considering the times we're in. Owner and staff are very customer service oriented.
