I had a reservation for 5 nites and wanted to extend it another 2 which I greatly appreciated, I did have to change rooms however I was grateful for the accomodation. The second room which was understandable. that was the room that lowered my opinion of the hotel. The shower drips constantly and we all insects are attracted to damp areas hence I had a roach issue. I mentioned this to the housekeeper who said she would report it and have it handled, however when i returned from the beach I found "company". Fortunately I was checking out the next day. That soured my stay a bit, however the staff was very nice "J" at the desk was beyond helpful.

I never saw the elevator clean. I had an issue with the tv which never got solved and when I came down and asked about beach towels the guy in the front desk in the afternoon told me there were no more but never got up from his chair to check.

The best thing about this property is the location.

Our stay at your place was nice. Unfortunately when we checked in we were not informed of the amenities. Like towels for the beach and the gym etc. We found out by walking by the gym on our last night and the towels on the day we at the beach when we were leaving to go back to room. Also we had a clogged bathroom sink we reported on Tuesday and we mentioned it again on Wednesday and then it was worked on. The person in the front desk was very helpful and proceeded to let us know that it would take a plumber. He asked us if we would like to be moved to another room which we did. I believe his name was Pedro he needs to be rewarded for his fast actions. Parking attendant was great. The rooms were very clean but need to offer cable instead of streaming, Thank you

By the beach also very clean and followed all of the COVID protocols.

you can’t regulate the hot water in the shower. it just disappear while you’re having a shower for some reason.

The room was small which is ok by me, the main problem was that there were absolutely no power outlets except for one in the bathroom. Also, the lighting was very poor and the room always looked dark.

The location was great and the personnel at the front desk were always helpful. Internet worked pretty well.

If your not up early the water in the shower is cold and the eating area doesn’t open until 11am.

Property was on the beach and had a wide variety of people staying there. The place had a restaurant and music all day along with free beach chairs and umbrellas.
