The property was very clean with a great view of the pool. We loved the terrace that opened out from our room so we could just walk out to the pool. The included breakfast was very good and included a good variety of items.

My wife didn't like that the sink was so far away from the toilet. We, as Muslims must wash down there when ever we use the washroom, and the distance between the sink and toilet did not make that easy. But that was fixed by remembering to fill a water bottle beforehand.

I was very pleased with the location, stay and check-in process. Even though I arrived before check-in, the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful with all my questions and concerns. Along with regeneration and getting me in the system and handed me my keys. I was very impressed with them call to let me know my room was ready while I was out eating. This was my first visit to Puerto Rico and your company along with the local attractions has me wanting to come back soon.

I loved how the pool and hot tub were available 24/7! The outdoor area was really nice as well, I liked how there were multiple chairs/tables to sit at plus a hammock to relax in.

Everything from the pool to the staff and the room was really nice we loved the rose pedals on the bed. My wife really loved it 😍 plus it was her birthday. They offered free shuttle to and from the beach which was awesome. We will return.

Everything is a charge that’s needed for example the breakfast buffet is just regular free breakfast for 23.95 but a cookie is free . Drinks where very expensive as well

Close to a 24 store that came in handy due to all the food and drink options at the hotel itself was very expensive.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, safe location. Good wifi. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast (with hot options that I did not try) but the lunch was amazing! I ordered fish tacos. I did not use the pool but it was a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a work trip or a leisure trip.

I didn't use the beach service one day, and I was charged a daily fee for this convenience, I think it would be interesting to charge only those who use the service.

Breakfast very good, with varied foods, choice of hot and cold dishes. several drinks. The location of the place for breakfast was very good, on the first floor of the hotel. All hotel staff are wonderful. Everyone is helpful, smiling, polite, kind, I'm from Brazil, and they help me a lot with the language. Congratulations to the entire team at the Hotel, I will return to Puerto Rico and will definitely stay at the Hotel again.

The breakfast is a bit pricey and I called asking for two bottles of water (service that was offered in my check-in), but no one got them to me.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the fact that there was a shower instead of a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable.
