The only problem I had was the management not responding to my message on time before my arrival. We felt embarrassed and had to book a different hotel before our room was available the next day.

I admire the place, the food, the workers, the pool, the drinks, and the environment. The food I ate resembled my traditional food. I love it so much. I never thought I would see such food there. We will recommend this hotel to any of our friends who will want to travel to the country. I wish to return.

The staff in the casino , not attentive at all at least the night I was there , asked for a coffee while I was playing and guy next to me asked for wine , minutes later the girl give came and gave him a wine and never bought me my coffee , and staff in the restaurant, It Was so busy for our dinner Tuesday night ,very slow , staff wasn’t attentive, not even once they come over after we order to ask us if everything was ok . Got salad for dinner and had to ask for dressing, who eats salad without dressing?? Besides those two , everything was ok . But reading the reviews after I booked Iam not the only one who complained about the casino staff .

We loved the wonderful pool and the mohitos at the pool bar. We thought breakfast was great also the evening drinks. It was nice to be near a large supermarket.

As a couple this hotel is definitely oriented towards families, there were lots of children.

The hotel has great amenities and the staff was super friendly. Decent location and prices right. Loved the layout of the hotel and enjoyed quiet nights of sleep. Loved the happy hour and the breakfast was abating.

The price of the rooms were too expensive. The rooms need upgrades. The full beds should not be the standard size but queens. The bathtub was rusted and paint coming off. The carpet were heavily stained.The rooms are older but need a little help.

The hotel is nice and I liked the location, the restaurants, casino, and the staff were awesome. Dry walkable area.The beach is 8 minutes away. The staff makes it worth staying with such great attitudes. And it is very pretty on the inside.

The same breakfast every morning. I know catering for a large group is costly, but some more options could have been available. There were too many high calorie foods.

The suite was quite comfortable, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The location was quite convenient and close to shopping areas and sites.

I dislike the barbecue pit that was outside by the pool was not open during my stay.

I enjoyed my stay from the time I walked through the Embassy Suite doors. Everyone was very friendly, the hotel was not far from the beach ,breakfast was provided every morning with two drinks in the evening that you could have at the pool side. Housekeeping left me a birthday plate with brownies and balloons. Nothing was too far away that an Uber or taxi that was waiting outside the hotel couldn't take you to. There is a store, restaurant, and casino downstairs in the lobby.I would definitely go back and take the family.

You could hear the planes from the airport although it didn't effect my sleep. The views from the pool weren't the best.

For a brief getaway, this spot was ideal for a quick stay. The check in process was quick and smooth. The breakfast choice was convenient!

The toilet made a loud noise Everytime it was flushed. The daily breakfast did not change. Always cubed hashbrowns you get in the frozen section of the grocery store, sausage patties and scrambled eggs. They need to turn up the heat the food was on the verge of being cold. Thought they would alternate days with bacon but no. The guy that prepared omelettes was very good. The happy hour now has a limit of 2 drinks and the margarita that was made fresh was the worst could not drink.
