Room was a bit dated apart from the bathrooms, which had been updated recently. Lighting was very poor.

Grounds were well maintained, facilities and poolside were very clean and staff helpful.

Although nice and comfortable and clean inside, a little spruce up (jet wash) of the outside balcony’s and walkways would make it even better. Minor maintenance problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Quiet area with nice green grounds filled with shrubs and grass areas. Several nice independent restaurants within 10-20 minutes walk, also close to local bus stops.

Our “superior” apartment was really run down and a bit damp. It was clean but in need of a complete makeover. However we still liked the resort enough to consider going back.

This is a nice little golf village with a nine holes par three course that’s fun to play. The golf practice areas are ok but not great. We liked the resort even though it’s a bit run down.

Not really a dislike but a few things like the living room furniture and outside furniture needs replacing. The place needs a deep clean alot of dusty areas and clearly cleaners are overwhelmed. Some things need updating like cushions were worn

The size of the facility was awesome, we had a penthouse which was huge and enough for our party of 7. The kitchen was exceptional, has all mod cons. Beautiful swimming pools. We had enough towels, reception and facilities team were great. We arrived earlier than the check in time at 17:00 and we were accomodated. Excellent hot showers and bathing facilities. Very picturesque.

Because of the seizon some of the things, like bowling, were closed. The playground was open even the staff was aware that there were processionary caterpillars in the tree above it, which resulted in sleepless nights for our kids due to itchy skin rash. They should have informed us about it

Its dated, rooms need upgrading, gym is very dated, corrosion all over the gym equipment.

Friendly staff, nice hotel, you get everything u need in kitchen, not expensive. Pools are great, in general we all enjoyed the stay, very chill atmosphere.

We reserved a 2-bedroom apartment, but they gave us a 3-bedroom apartment. They charged clients for using the indoor pool and gym, it is not fair. Pools and gyms are the basic facilities of this type of property.

Sounds picky but the bedding was not good enough, sheets under sheets and pillows were all poor . Quite important really in a hotel .

Bad smell when water ran in bathrooms and kitchen. Ants nest in kitchen. Older staff member working in Italian pool restaurant quite rude and not interested in customers. Food on site poor

The furniture is quite old, the number was quite distant from the "civilization", some sockets were out of order, the lamps are ld and lights poorly.

Good, calm place. If only ignore the minuses, you can enjoy this place. As for me, the price should be reduced by at least 25% and I'd rather say about 3*, because 4* hotels should be in better condition.

Staff were friendly and lots of things to do on site, we arrived late and there was nowhere to get water from, other than that it was brilliant

It would have been nice to have a cloth and washing up liquid provided.

Whilst the rooms were a little tired, the place was perfectly adequate for us. Myself and my 3 sons, 20, 18 and 14. The barbecue was nice to have.

The only thing that needs attention is the outdoor areas. Our little patio was very dirty and looking at othered they were the same. I stayed before and our outside area was dirty too. We wouldn’t sit outside at all. It was such a pity because inside the villa was spotless. Also a towel change in our 3 day stay would have been nice.

Our accommodation was lovely and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good price. There is as a lady Nelea who worked at our pool bar. She was so friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. She deserves a mention. All the staff we met were lovely.

The location of our unit near the golf club. We did not have a car and it was a 15 minute walk to the entrance of the complex.
