The hotel is very slow to refund the deposit with excessive charges for makeup on towels or pillow cases. Ranging from £15 for a pillow case to £25 for a towel.

The apartments are full of 18 to 21 year olds its not for families, very loud music playing all hours , slamming banging of doors ,shouting , screaming, had to complain multiple times , but made no difference even though there's a quite policy in Portugal 10pm to 9am ?, rooms were cleaned too late in the day ,so we where in when the maids came , should have had sheets changed at least once during our stay but this didn't happen ? , pool sunbeds we broken not many about and had no cushions so very uncomfortable to lay on for long ,Would not stay here again .

beds aren’t the most comfortable - very basic but get what you pay for. the balcony fences on the apartments are quite low. check in process is quite slow and painful if lots of groups arriving at the same time. giving an option to pay deposit on card prior to arrival could speed things up.

apartments great value for money. good sizes. location a short 10 min walk to the main strip of bars. 10-15 minute cab journey to the old town.

Just The Dishwasher was not working. The Washing machine had AN Error (F02) WHICH shrank MY TO 2 PURE EXTRA FINE MERINO WOOL& CASHMERE. SO FOR 5 DAYS, WE DID WASH WITH HAND . FOR 8 PERSONS.

The way they treat stag dos is somewhat sad. I guess they have had bad experiences before. The deposit scheme is the worst I have seen! So high for same sex groups! The other thing I didn't like was that our apartment was not on the main site so we had to walk around the building to get to the reception. We didn't visit the pool as we heard how strict they are so decided not avoid it.

The location is perfect, literally right near the night life but not so you can't sleep from the noise. Also, the bitch is literally closer than the nightlife.

As we were a stag group of 19, there seemed to be some apprehension when we arrived but once we checked in the staff were friendly and helpful. Some of us are also still awaiting our deposits to be returned, apparently an issue with their systems but yet to see any progress on this matter.

Great location, clean and spacious apartments. Communal pool was a great added bonus!

Manager at reception was awful, insisted we pay a €1750 deposit for being a group of 7 friends ( not a hen party) even though total costs to stay was €841 for three nights . It’s at the discretion of the hotel to do this but it’s inflexible and they were rude and unhelpful when we challenged this amount - definitely needs review , most places would take an agreed set deposit or a 10/20% cost which would be fine. If they are losing this much to groups then don’t take groups !! They tried to tell me it was a booking . Com problem too which it wasn’t . I had the email off them earlier in the week to say if I identified as a hen / stag to let them know so they’d take deposit which I didn’t because we weren’t. Interestingly also a stag of 18 men arrived same time very obviously a stag so they have no issue with groups and were very nice to these boys giving them 4 drinks vouchers each to get drunker while they waited for their rooms to be made up whilst because they started checking them in at the same time as us our check in took 45 minutes when we had already pre paid and needed only keys !! Staff are the only negative about this place ! It’s also unusual that we had free cancellation up to 2 days prior to arrival yet they took the full amount off my card nearly a week before we got there!

Location/ cleanliness/ all mod cons and two bathrooms for a three bed apartment with 7 sharing was brilliant

Apartments only have AC in the bedroom, not in the living-room (while one can also). Internet connection is poor and unstable. Overpriced for what it is.

check in is a disaster, you need to queue outside, not allowed into reception until your called. large deposit required. security at pool was very rude and hard on guests. pool not made for large groups.

We could have done with a few more utensils in the accommodation. The lifeguard on one of the pools was very grumpy! I think he’ll have a heart attach before end of the season.

property was nice,clean and spacious. 6 of us in our apartment and it was fine (all adults). Walking distance from strip but further enough away the noise. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. not noisy tho. Within walking distance to beach and beach activities. Lively place and would return. It’s great for a family with mixed age groups. Older ones go strip younger ones and parents can do something less noisy. Overall lovely place. We even got the little mini train to the harbour which is a lovely place to visit.

In December we were offered a 3 bedroom apartment - they didn't have this available this time. A few of the kitchen essential utensils were missing.

I stayed here in December 21' with my family ...I realised the nearest beach is beautiful so I brought my sister here to do her pre wedding photo shoot - along with a professional makeup artist and photographer.
