    There was dust and slightly dirty in the bathroom. But it was just a minor thing.

    There wasn't anything I didn't like about it

    The location was perfect, you could walk everywhere. Tons of restaurants & shopping right out the front door & taxis less than 1 minute away. The staff was excellent & very accommodating

    Property is right where you want to be. Beautiful piazza’s and squares surround the hotel. The buses and trains are all within walking distance. Staff was very accommodating. Helped with arrangements and questions professionally.

    Price in central city was high, but perhaps expected.

    Room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well equipped with an excellent shower. Staff were extra helpful at all times. Location in the centre of Lisbon was very good. Close to the attractions, Restaurants and shops. Metro, Sightseeing busses and Taxis are all nearby.

    Price high for Lisbon.

    Four star properties vary greatly. Santa Justa is a comfortable hotel in a GREAT location. Staff are helpful. We stayed in the 2nd building, not the one with reception. Our room was quiet and had a tiny balcony from which you could see Elevador Santa Justa. Price was high but I would stay here again.

    Breakfast included in the room rate.

    Hotel location is excellent for seeing the centro historic of Lisbon. The street is a pedestrian street so no traffic noise. Helpful and friendly staff.

    Nothing to dislike. We couldn't have asked for more.

    Everything. Perfect stay. Staff were very warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We were celebrating a special occasion, and were very, very well looked after. The hotel made our stay extremely memorable and special, and we were extremely grateful. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. All very clean. Perfect location when arriving by metro from airport. Short stroll from Rossio Station. Walking distance from all central tourist attractions. Right beside all public transport to get to any other attractions, including Sintra or Cascais. Will definitely stay again.

    The rooms bit tight &! Need some update

    The staff was more than amazing, Bernardo & Sara , from the first time they showed interest & caring , they replied immediately and help in every thing The location is city center, the beach and most of attractions are arround and also restaurants and supermarkets also walking distance to avinada de Liberdade luxury shopping street

    Actually we were quite happy.

    The location of Hotel Santa Justa is great. It really is in the heart of things. The staff is exceptional, helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The hotel isn’t super fancy, but it is beautifully decorated immaculate, and well equipped. The breakfast was a lovely buffet and the restaurant is good for dinner. I’d definitely stay there again

    It would be good to be able to get a non-buffet breakfast, but there's plenty of options just outside the hotel

    The room was spacious and very comfortable. Amenities were great (including free minibar) and refreshed each day. Central location. And the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Hugo.

    It was all perfect

    Location was great. The staff exceeded my expectations before my trip and after. They helped with car service, dinner reservations and so much more. I would stay at the property anytime in Lisbon.
