The only negative, which I already knew about when booking, were the stairs. Not so much earlier in the day but after a long day of walking knowing I had 5 flights to go up . The museum hallway was a nice break going up!

If you stay on a room with the window facing the main street is - my case - can get too loud during the night.

Lots of stairs and limited elevator. Also bathrooms have no counter space.

Everything was great.

Atmosphere, everything was in sync; from rooms, personel, facilities to music on the rooftop during breakfast with amazing view on the castle. It is very central, but in a parallel street to Rossio and that was great because it was not noisy.

There was nowhere to put clothes away, but the room did have a fridge and safety box. Access was difficult, with only a service lift for luggage which was s-l-o-w. Stairs very steep.

Excellent selection for breakfast, lovely roof top seating, though small inside space so outdoors was colder on chilly days. Comfortable room, friendly staff.

You do have to walk up and down several flights of stairs to get to the room/rooftop breakfast. And you need to be careful on certain sections of the stairs.

We came early, and they were able to check us in early, which was really nice because a family member was sick. Breakfast was good. It is in the city center so within walking distance of restaurants/laundromats/etc. Room was good, the small balcony was cute.

A lot of stairs. I was fine but would be hard for people with mobility issues. I was there in Feb but I can imagine the area would be very loud & crowded in summer.
