The hotel itself seems to be outdated. There are improvements that can be done...but is a fair enough offer on the money you pay.

Good experience overall. Great experience at check-in - not everyday/night at any hotel the concierge receives you with a cookie!...believe me - after a long day traveling in my car...that was the best.

I did not like that the cleaning lady forgot about our bathrobes and we had to go to the reception and ask for them, and then get back to our rooms and change for spa. Also, the jacuzzi was very dirty, I really disliked that.

Breakfast was good, nothing to complain about. The location is excellent, very close to the citadel. The room was ok, not very big, but not so small. The spa has anything you need, pool, sauna and jacuzzi, really liked it.

Breakfasts wasn’t warm enough and some of the foods like the bacon and sausage supposed to be. A coffee machine in each room would be grate.

The staff is very poor, the restaurant “cavaler” has a good pizza, but the rest of the food is not that good and the water in the jacuzzi is very dirty

The electric kettle that came with the hotel room looked like it has never been cleaned. The hotel had music playing in the hallway of every floor - it woke us up every morning at around 8 am and one night we had to call the reception to stop the music because we couldn't sleep (it was around 11 pm).

The only thing we didn’t like was the mold smell in the pool.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view. The staff is very nice and helpful and the restaurant at the location has very good food.

On the bed, a big chair, upside down. At the spa, repairs, so instead of being able to relax, you were actually "enjoying" the noise + not being able to use everything you need. And, the best one, at 09:00, reception informed me that hot water is not available, but if I really need some (for shower, etc), they MIGHT be able to help me with a bottle of hot water. Come on.. I understand things are not always perfect, but, at least: inform people before they do the booking, and also get the price lower. You can't ask for the full price and come with this.

Unfortunately, it can have a few improvements: cleaning room every day and a cleaner carpet on the floor.

The hotel has a very good location. The rooms are pretty big and have very nice stuff. Also, some of the rooms have a nice view of the Sighisoara Castle.

Rooms are a bit small and the gym needs a refurbish ( there are big stains on the walls and mold on the ceiling).

It is not possible to shower without flooding the bathroom. Even though it is new and well-functioning, the shower cabin is only partly covered and 30% of water flows out of the cabin as you shower. So I had to use a towel not to slip as I stepped out, and in general to dry the floor.

Very nice room design, the room is well-cleaned, nice city view from the window. The hotel is close to the train station, it takes a 15-minute stroll to get there. All the attractions are also within a 15-minute reach.

The front desk experience was definitely a minus. We were greeted by a trainee who was left alone and who definitely needs to improve his soft skills. Nevertheless, it's the site's responsibility to not leave a trainee alone. The food at the restaurant was barely warm the one time we ate there. The room furniture could definitely use some refurbishing (full of scratches and wear signs), while the shower drainage was probably clogged, flooding the bathroom every time we took a shower, while the door closed very difficultly.

The restaurant staff was nice, as well as the size of the rooms, the jacuzzi, the location and the availability of parking.

Door was not closing in the bathroom, some of the lights as well Tv remote for the bedroom didn t match with that tv Unfortunately i forgot my phone charger home and absolutely no one could provide me with one, neither at reception or restaurant. Not to borrow but even to leave it to charge for a while.

We were a bit disappointed that it was not possible to order a massage as it was mentioned in the booking description.

This hotel is situated on the main road with good access and parking. If you have the opportunity, choose a room with the citadel view - it is not oriented to the main road and will offer you a beautiful view of Sighişoara. Although the rooms are older (like the whole hotel) we had everything we needed here. After all day of walking around the sights we appreciated our stay by the pool, as well as the possibility of the dinner. Thank you.

Wifi didn’t function at all and the gym was subpar.

It is a lovely place to stay and relax. The wellness facilities are very good and the wellness area is very pleasant. The room was all right, but on the last occasion that we stayed here we had a king room with castle view. I would very much recommend taking such a room, if one is available.
