The room and bathroom looked exactly like in the pictures. Very clean, warm, silent and all the facilities that you need. I liked the idea of bookster books and wireless charger on the nightstand :) The room was soundproof, even it was facing the outdoor stairs.

No longer accessible by car, street closed to traffic in upper town. Try to find parking in the lower town and then haul your luggage up 65 steps and hope you find the checkin office at Casa Luxemburg.

I had Superior Double Room with King Size bed. Ultra modern decor in older building. It is centrally located in upper town BUT (10-2021) recent old town street closures mean that you can no longer access the hotel by car. You must park in the lower town, assuming you find a space and pay for parking 10 Lei/day in a automatic machine (cash or credit card). Then you must climb 65 steps to the upper town, and find a check-in person at Casa Luxemburg located 100 meters away from your hotel room building. I only found the Casa by showing several people the address before I could find the check-in office. NOTE parking spaces are often full in midday on weekends. Not easy to maneuver around a bunch of one way streets!

The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the WiFi. It kept disconnecting while trying to watch YouTube or Netflix.

Everything. The host was very friendly, the location is perfect, the beds are very comfortable, and the location seemed to be in a safe area. For 2 nights we had a very sound sleep.

The wi-fi kept disconnecting. Since I'm working remotely, I didn't have a full vacation so I had to work a bit from my room. The wi-fi was disconnecting about once per hour, but the bandwidth as good.

The location is amazing, room looks really good. A nice touch was the TV equipped with Netflix. A brilliant idea which I would love to see in more hotels.

This hotel is perfect for a holiday in Sibiu. You are exactly in the old center, but not in a noisy area. The room is very nice, big and you have all you need. We will definatly choose Kleines Hotel for our next trip to Sibiu.

Location, at the heart of the old city. Huge, spacious room. Modern décor, great ambiance. Comfortable beds. Breakfast at the nearby Cafe Wien was excellent (you just order whatever you want from the menu and it's included in the room price)

The Grand Piano in room #4 should get tuned. If instruments are not in tune they are downgraded to pieces of furniture, which is not appropriate.

Good coffee machine in the lobby. Powerfull blue tooth box in the room (#4).

There should be more prominent information on the fact this isn't accessible by car. It's quite challenging to find a public free parking nearby but you can try

Hard to find nearby parking as it is in a no car zone but on the other hand the location is one of the best for being in the heart of the city!

There are only 4 rooms in the hotel with a front office room full with old books, old cool stuff wherr you can gather if your coming with a big group. The rooms are big, big wide beds, blueetoth speakers, wireles charging, tv with netflix included. Also there is a big piano in the Deluxe room. The stay was pleasant
