The hotel is at a very convenient location very close to the metro and the Belorysskaya train station, from where a train to Sheremetyevo airport departs. There are also bars and cafes nearby. Breakfast is included and it is an option to consider if you plan on staying in Moscow

Luckily I managed to change the room which was offered to me in check inn. The first option located opposite to the elevator without noice insulation. The second option was much better.

The location is perfect, just few minutes walk from Beloruskyi railway station. A budgetary hotel if you are satistfied with non-standard living - the layout of the hotel corridoors and rooms is a mess :-)

Location was top! Right next to Белорусская metro station. Also very beautiful view if you are getting a room on streetside. The breakfast was fine. I was missing scrambled eggs a bit and had to try myself through different sorts of food before I knew what I liked. Russian breakfast is just a bit different than european one.

The room was clean, big enough and the internet worked fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was what I needed - close to the Belorusskaya metro station, restaurants and shops.

The room was cold, but they got me an electrical room heater, which helped to sleep the night. It’s decent and bathroom needs a bit of renovation, but it’s ok for 1 night .

The lady next door was extremely loud, having skype calls at 2-3 am. When I called the reception to handle this, nothing happened. Overall, this appears to be a hotel for one-night stands/visits by sex workers. I had such impression based on the people I saw coming out/going to several rooms on my floor. The elevator does not go to the last floor and you have to climb up the stairs. The premise overall is not cozy and feels like some Soviet time establishment.

The room was ok although lacking a bit of refurbishment, but the walls were so thin that you hear everything that's going in in the adjacent rooms.

- located in a mall (meaning that is very hard to order food, you would have to leave the hotel into mall and pickup your order) - very loud boiler - very cold in the room - very unfriendly staff and services - tiny robes (for my gf but it was 2 sizes small for me) - you can hear everything that happening in other rooms - covid rules are followed only on paper - everything is extra and paid even water - the phone is room is not working and they don't care

The entrance! I was quite shocked by the entrance. Didn't believe these ugly depressing stairs a door could be the main entrance to the 4* GRAND HOTEL and was looking with the driver for a normal official entrance, but didn't find any, unfortunately. The bathroom was too small and there was no place to put my things. It was a bit chilly in the room (it was November), heating couldn't be regulated. The breakfast was quite poor.

The location was fine. The room was quite comfortable and cosy. The staff were polite.
