Perfectly fine place. I reccommend it highly. Welcome drink while checking in, partners in every request, very quick and helpful responses. Absolutely loved staying there all of us. Went with family and friends. Center is close with taxi and with metro as well.

High quality service: there are two bottles of water, kettle, shiny white slippers, personal toothbrash, a lot of towels, the staff is very polite, I overslept checkout and they didn't charge me. 27-th floor was very calm and allowed to enjoy a great view of the city.

Stayed in a no smoking floor. People next door smoked constantly and the smell in my room was quite unbearable (it travelled through the vent). I asked front desk to investigate, but it happened the next night as well, thankfully they moved on after two nights

Deluxe travel in Russia... they have left cups on the table, instant coffee... but no kettle! Asked for it at the reception but they said I can’t have it as I’m staying for less than 7 nights... amazing. Had to walk down the long corridor in a bathrobe to get some hot water from a cooler. Water in the shower was lukewarm, never hot. There was an off-putting smell coming from the sink.

I didn't like that furniture is quite old... It feels like going back to Soviet times. Also I had problems with WiFi connection, couldn't do it with a foreign number.

I really liked the staff, they were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was really good.

We are supposed to get 2 water bottles per day as all other hotels in the world but instead they told us to fill the bottles!!! The room we got not like the one we paid for! The picture was something totally different No luggage service to the room I had 3 big luggages how I am supposed to take all three up alone! The staff don’t speak English very hard to communicate with them we hardly understand each other

just everything in general….. the hotel isn’t 4* surely, maybe 3* but not 4*, everything is old, so many technical problems, the sink was blocked towards the end and no one came to unblock the sink, the temperature in the room was + 29 this is what woke me up in the morning at 2:30 am I rang the reception and they told me that I have to come to the ground floor and put this in writing so maintenance can unscrew the window and I can open the window fully, which is crazy really as they should’ve repaired their aircon. to be honest I had too many issues there I wouldn’t recommend, it was a really bad experience, I went to Moscow for two weeks and stayed in that hotel for 2 weeks and it was really rubbish. the reason I didn’t move out was only because I was after the operation and I was struggling so bad with getting the laggage together and moving somewhere else. I don’t recommend!!!

The hotel is good and location also good managements must change!!!!!!!! I working in hotels industry since 15 years in London and Egypt every where never seen that’s kind of system of house keeping rules!!!!!! Reception staff welcoming with good hospitality thank you for the team. HOUSE KEEPING is the worst experience ever ( I have stayed in so many hotels around the world first time I saw that house keeping not changing the sheets and covers bellows even in hotel 3 and 2 stars they change it every day. If you want economic then you shouldn’t be 4 stars hotel and also the price should be lower for that kind of service, I’m sorry to say that’s the managements in the hotel are not qualified or maybe the general Manger with house keeping before and want add his/ her touch. Change this unprofessional rules. Never back to this hotel and never recommended this hotel to any of my friends.

Cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. Sewer in the sink simply didn't work, dirty toilet. Also I have ordered a coffee in the morning, it's been brought in 35 minutes almost cold, and 'Americano' there means just an instant coffee, nothing more - you should know it upfront)) I was just got back to the 90th in its worse
