Worst of all — horrible, unusable wi-fi, and that's in a business-class room. Soundproofing wasn't good, but we've only discovered that on the last night, fortunately. We could hear what people in the next room were talking about. Water pressure was unstable. In the shower, we had to keep adjusting the temperature all the time. Evening meal in the empty restaurant was served very, very slowly, so we only went there once.

The room was comfortable, the view was good. The staff were mostly good. We liked the buffet lunches but they were only available on a couple of days. Breakfasts were decent. The location was convenient.

The staff wasn't too friendly. The doorman saw me struggling with my bag and didn't even offer to help. The lady who checked me in let me check in earlier than the normal time but she gave me a hard time first. She was dismissive, a bit harsh when answering questions and overall, not too friendly. It is unfortunate that a customer service receptionist will have such a bad attitude. I understand work can be busy and the weather probably wasn't helping, but as a black woman, I receive a really treatment from the staff. Even when I arrived, the manager saw the commotion that was happening, but didn't offer to help/ assist, but was quick to help other races. I have stayed at the Radisson Blu over the years while traveling, but this had to be my WORST experience. Glad I only stayed for a night.

Slow internet. Not good for work. Very rude girl at the reception. My check in was approx at 15h00 on Friday 12th of Nov. She was rude to me, I have a silver card at Radisson Rewards and she did not want to answer my questions regarding late check out options. She was also rude in general: she was not welcoming, she told me that she cannot help me with anything since I am not a platinum member (which is not true, there are some benefits for other types of members!). Even her tone of voice was rude. Horrible experience at the reception, I would not return just because of this. I expected a better service at your property.

The bathroom might be newer in terms of appliances. It is clean, but you can not feel the freshness of it. There are few clubs and a strip club next to the hotel, so it is a bit noisy and crowdy on the entrance of it, and also at nights you might be interrupted by noise of 'couples' from other rooms. So definitely not for family and kids.

The hotel has very good location, you are few minutes away from Belorusskaya Train Station, where you can use to reach to Sheremetyevo, and also metro line. I was staying on 12th floor with excellent city view, hotel is clean and comfy, the staff is very welcoming and helpful, rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good overall. I would stay here again.

The room was very nice, quite big and super quiet (you don't hear your neighbors at all).

The room service was totally overwhelmed this evening and we waited for our orders quite some time. The Wi-Fi was not super fast.

The walls are very thin, I could hear everything in the nearby rooms (maybe because of standard room). No minibar unfortunately.

Location was great, near Belorusskaya Station from where you can take the Aeroexpress to Sheremetyevo airport (or for 10-13€ take a taxi). Service was excellent, they have room service 24/7. Extremely quiet around the streets
