The bed wasn't made up when we arrived, so we had to ask them to do that. The cleaning staff also started cleaning our room at 8:30 while we were at breakfast. Had to wait for them to finish.

It is hard for me to find any fault with this hotel, the only thing I could say is that the double bed was two beds pushed together, however maybe this was something I could have changed if it bothered me that much, it was a minor issue as far as I'm concerned.

The room was very clean and well presented for our arrival. The shower was very good and towels and toiletries were provided as well as a gown and slippers. Tea, coffee and water were also provided. There was a mini bar that we not use. There was a safe, a kettle and generous storage space for our items of clothing. The view of the city and the river was beautiful, we had a Deluxe Room with a River View. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good choice of items which were delicious. I was here with my girlfriend and we would like to come back to this hotel when the chance arises. A lovely hotel with friendly staff.

The breakfast was plentiful and highly varied, but not very tasty. It was ok, but didn't meet the expectations set by overall hotel's amenities, view, and variety of breakfast options.

The view is gorgeous. The room design is nice and comfortable. All amenities work flawlessly. The decoration above the bed looks perfect as a Zoom background :)

We ordered food to the room and it took them 1 hour. That could be better

Exceptional view! You can see the whole city while in bed. At night you can watch the bridges open (you can see 4 of them) and in the morning you can watch sunrise. The bed is so comfortable and the shower is just perfect. The room is very big!

We did not like the absence of ability to open the windows. It's a biggest disadvantage of the rooms

The view is not best, but not so bad and we did not pay extra for that, so it makes sense. The food is actually really nice, we ordered it several times to our room. The room is good, just one thing is you cannot open the windows, but we were aware about that, but the fact is strange actually, why it's not allowed? Beds are good, the room was clean

It was not quite in the center of the main attractions yet a quick ride share and you're in the middle of it all. If the weather is great then a long walk will be nice from the hotel to the center.

The view was Superb... It had large windows with beautiful shades if we wanted privacy or less sunlight. The room was well designed and our suite was large and spacious... We wish we could have stayed longer with such a great value.

We had an exceptional view across the river and the city. The hotel's location lends to a perfect panarama of St Petersburg. We were on the eight floor (with only the restaurant floor above) and the large windows allowed for some beautiful views. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

Unfortunately the service is La Vue is terrible and the staff is not very nice. They rolled their eyes everytime they saw us. I dont really know why.

Hotel is amazing. 3 Different restaurants in one hotel. hotel is super clean and nice. Loved the lobby bar. Love being able to get snacks in the lobby. The breakfast!! Awesome.
