We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaI don’t like carpets in a hotel. Especially if they are not cleaned well. The carpets have many stains which really spoil la the stay. Secondly, the amount charged was too high. This is my 2nd stay and the difference in amount for the 2 visits was too much.
Proximity to the Prophets (SAW) mosque- Masjid Nabawi. The iftar was also very nice.
