i request a parking place on my booking and automatic message was send with a suppose link to make the reservation that didn't work. at the reception they said they were sorry but didn't offer any solution or even a suggestion for parking nevertheless parking in the area are easily available we the cost of 60eur for 24 hours

the room was very good with a very nice view breakfast was continental with a lot of variety the restaurant at the top floor have really good food but the sunset is the highlight of this location

the welcome at the reception was a bit "cold", too much professional, and our rooms at the second floor had the windows with the view to a wall.

The room would have been a bit awkward for two people since you cannot fully block the toilet from outside view -- for some reason. The hotel sent some lengthy e-mails beforehand, but they did not concisely explain all the hotels facilities, so it felt more like you have to do some additional work to get the information you really want.

Nice and (on the inside) very modern hotel at a good location to reach multiple parts of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was great for a single guest. The spa area was very nice as well (although a bit pricey).

Room was like a sauna, told reception twice and nothing was done. Couldn’t sleep in the heat.

I was slightly confused as to why there were no plugs for sinks especially as facecloths provided?

The roof top bar was lovely for a pre dinner drink as in Feb it was already dark and the view was good. Bar staff very helpful and lovely to meet a fellow countryman in Lawrence who gave us some tips on places to visit. Reception / breakfast room staff all very friendly, helpful and polite. Loved the dresses the female staff wore - comfy! Lovely breakfast each morning. If you want a window seat you need to book which we didn't realise until it was too late! We stayed in a twin inside room, facilities good, comfy beds and room clean.

At night time, we could hear the low beat music from upstairs which sound to be from the bar. We told the reception to turn the volume down but it didn’t change.

I think that the spa should be a part of the facilities instead of paying separately for it. As aesthetically pleasing as the spa is, it's a very very basic spa.

The prices doesn’t match on booking and hotel. The rooms were different what I booked from booking com. Stuff makes booking mistakes and no compensation was received. Cold floor in bathroom.

Over all, a fantastic stay, thanks! Super service (and food as well as drinks) in the Skyview bar & restaurant, same in the reception, as of service. Maybe not quite so much at the breakfast: restaurant. this morning, it seemed that the staff was simply not ready for opening at 7 o'clock? As of the superior junior suite, it's lovely, but some of the furnishings and finishes need a bit of an upgrade (eg. the nails and skrews sticking out of the very worn out couch, one tv set not working amongst others). As for the Spa area in it self, fantastic! - unfortunately, we just had some very loud, very young people coming in, playing music and taking photos... then we had to leave. A big pity.

We were on the second floor near the lift and could hear the music from the bar till around 1am. Didn't happen on the other nights so perhaps we were just unlucky.

The room had a lovely view over the river and was very comfortable with lots of space.

Our combined rating is "average" due to 2 things: An absence of empathy when we had to modify our schedule due to serious illness in the family - and a room that was extremely small for a "Superior Room" category. The fact that the Hotel is charging for use of fitness facilities is definitely also on the minus side.

We had a very nice stay and were met by friendly staff in all functions. The breakfast was superb and the breakfast restaurant had a wonderful location and view. Same for the sky bar.
