Room service nobody answering the phone, restaurant has not enough child seats for babies, selection of main courses limited for meat lovers, limited selection of side dishes, cleaning ladies didn't refill the fridge.

Exceptional breakfast, room, excellent cleanliness, staff, most of the hotel freshly renovated, nice clean and fresh, optional garage parking, reasonable prices for things like coffee, wine.

Access to the sauna requires an additional fee which is not included in the hotel room price. Getting to the pools requires walking through other hotels, which takes some time.

The hotel was consistently clean, and the cleaning staff ensured a high standard of cleanliness every day. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit plate in the room, and tea and coffee were replenished daily for in-room use. The breakfast offerings are satisfying.

The only thing I didn't like as much is that there's quite a bit of a walk from the rooms to the Terme Portorož, but still not that bad, considering you don't actually have to leave the hotel to get there.

The staff was very friendly and we even managed to check in early, since our room was already ready. The room was very modern and has everything you need. The bathroom was really big and they left a little chocolate treat next to the bed for us when we arrived. Breakfast was AMAZING, there are so many options to choose from, I felt overwhelmed lol. Value for price is definitely very very very good. 11/10, would go again.

The spa is predicted for a group of hotels so you need to go through them. Although you can walk in a bathrobe, it feels like going through a labyrinth.

The hotel is on a great location in sweet little place of Portoroz. It has everything that you need for a relaxed stay. Very kind and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, good and clean spa.

The water in the pools need to be warmer. My experience with thermal waters is that they are warmer. We have used this pools more if this was the case

The location is just beautiful. Friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel room was also big enough for a couple with a balcony over looking the promenade. For breakfast there was something and enough for everyone.

We liked the breakfast a lot, but I thought there could be a bit more variety in food choice, for ex. I missed american pancakes, chia puddings, smoked salmon (although there were canapes with salmon and they were good!), stuff like that, that usually hotels like this have. Other than that, everything was really, really good.

Everything was great. The room was really nice; we can always tell it's a nice hotel when the screen tv is directly across the bed and "inside the wall" and the bed has a huge bed rest. The closets had much space and were nicely lit, the view of the sea was great, the balcony is nice size also. Bathroom was really spacious and clean.

Missing of comfort spa and swiming pool. Price is a little over real value.

Breakfast was very good, rich, dull of varieties, really perfect choice. Parking was very good as well in front of hotel in a special parking area fpr only 5€ a day.

The Thermal Pool wasn’t very clean..and to get there we had to pass through kids playing area….😔

Location is Great, spacious Room , Breakfast was excellent! Helpful stuff, nice heated swimming pool.
