Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsNo airco in the room as they turned on heater during 20 degree temperature. House keeping staff did not speak english. Really did not like 5.5 euros service cost for room service. I stayed in 8 different four star hotels in different countries in last one month during my trip, this was the only hotel charged service cost.
Staff was good, Breakfast was nice. Hotel location was also good with parking in front of it and also bus stop to go to city center. Restaurant had some great food, loved their pizza.

United KingdomI don't have any negative points to mention. Perhaps breakfast could have a little more variety, but this doesn't diminish the wonderful stay I had. The scrambled eggs are super good.
I stayed for 1 night at this hotel in a double room! The room was the size I wanted and was clean and tidy. All the staff, from the reception to the breakfast room, were very polite and friendly. The internet signal worked properly. The hotel is close to the center if you like to walk, it takes only 10 minutes to get there

SerbiaThe facade and overall appearance of the hotel should be renovated and modernized.
Excellent location of the hotel, on the edge of the city center. Hotel parking in front of the hotel. Decent room, good bathroom and breakfast with a nice selection of food. Nivy and Eurovea shopping centers are nearby, and the old town center is not too far away either.

The hotel has a great location next to a shopping mall and a central bus station. Room was very clean and newly renovated. Breakfast was satisfactory. There is a restaurant as a part of the hotel which is very convenient, especially when travelling with the kids. I would definately come again.

United KingdomThe bed was too hard for my choice, the room was very warm despite it being cold outside, the window was open permanently for 3 days. I'm not a fan of air con but couldn't work out how to get it to work without it blowing hotter. The hotel was a bit of a walk into the centre, after doing 49000 steps in 2 days, we started to use uber more which was readily available and cost between 5 and 10 euros dependant on the time of day.
The room had clearly been recently renovated to a high standard. Was lovely and clean, very modern, lots of charging points. Came with shower gel and extra bits like a sewing kit. Great rainfall shower, towels were changed daily. Extra pillows and a duvet were in the wardrobe, with an iron and ironing board. Hairdryer, kettle tea and coffee along with a mini bar. There was nothing in our mini bar, not sure if there was meant to be. Breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices, ample tea, coffee, and fruit juice. A grand Hotel, mixture of old and new. ...really liked the hotel, would definitely recommend and would recommend visiting Bratislava too.

United KingdomThe lifts were small and slow. Waiting could be excessive and we often chose to walk down the stairs instead of waiting.
Friendly and comfortable hotel. Just around the corner from the Metro station giving access to the outstanding Viennese transport system. The City centre could be accessed within 10 minutes. The local area contained some nice local bars and restaurants.
