Front desk staff was very unfriendly and did not provide detail of the hotel services. I will never stay in this hotel chain ever again or will I never recommend it.

I did not like anything about this hotel. It was very crowded and loud alarm went off at 6 am. Hotel did not honored full breakfast for the guests in the room.

The bathroom sliding door was not safe. It smashed my finger real bad. Sliding doors usually have a stopper to prevent injury. I’m glad it happened to me and I was able to warn my kids so it didn’t happen to them. I told the frost desk about it and they didn’t seem to care. My son and I also went to the restaurant hotel one night. No one helped us find a seat so we sat ourselves. We sat there for about 15-20 minutes and no one came to greet us or help us with a menu. Eventually we left. The hotel front staff should work on their friendliness. The bell man was more friendly and welcoming than them.

The towels were were raveling and no hair dryer. When we arrived there was no hand towel, just bath towels. The ice machine was out of order. It seemed that the hotel had been allowed to deteriorate.

I didn't dislike anything.

The room was coming a part. The phone broken, light was not working, refrigerator not cold, iron didn’t work. Too much dust.

The first bathroom had green mold around the sink and the bathtub. It was very disconcerting and left us with a bad impression of the facilities. Because of this we changed rooms. The next bath had a non working wall mirror, a broken towel rack, a missing towel rack, hot water only, and a sliding bathroom door with no lock on it. So much for privacy. Very bare bones minimal was the impression. Breakfast items lacked quality and were very basic. it would seem that breakfast is not their interest. Cost cutting seems to dominate their theme. The bath towels were huge and had no place to hang them to dry. The iron and the ironing board were circa 1970's K-Mart and were not well suited to ironing. The lighting in the room was very dim and the TV was of no use as the programming were nothing more that old trv type shows from the US circa the 90's and early 2000's. Lastly, all plastic card keys are limited to the floor that you are on. You cannot go up or down to a different floor. You are limited to your floor and the lobby.

The location was great. I doubt that there is any other hotel with such a classic location to tons of stores and restaurants and entertaiment.

It’s a completely impersonal hotel. Staff don’t really seem to care. It’s a beautiful looking place, but lacks any attention to detail with regards to guests.

I paid in booking for deluxe double room and we receive single King Bed for 4 persons and just a little extra small plegable bed I didn’t like that!

The reception lady was not polite and wanted to charge extra for things included in the reservation. The waiters were slow, it took 20 minutes just to get the drinks. The room had paint cracks and the mini bar didn't work.

Brazilian Restaurant in Lobby was really good, the food was great. The room had a really comfy mattress and was spacious. The breakfast was OK, liked the pupusas and tortillas being made at the moment.

I had a miserable night one of the four nights because there was a disco type party below my room that went from 10 pm until nearly 4 am. The music was unbelievably loud, I got no sleep and when I finally called the front desk at 2:30 am, I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the night. When I checked a few hours later about the situation I was told all they could say was “sorry”. No compensation, full charge. Hotels exist for sleeping first and foremost, and I got none that night. There was a lot I liked about this hotel, but this will keep me from staying there again.
